Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a CFPB complain on XX/XX/23 due to my previous requests to Equifax being denied to delete certain information from my credit report being ignored. Equifax send a letter to me asking me for proof of identification which they already have since this was previously provided to them. EQUIFAX DO NOT SEND ME ANOTHER STALL LETTER REQUESTING MY IDENTIFICATION WHEN YOU WERE PROVIDED MY PROOF OF IDENTITY PREVIOUSLY. I HAVE ALSO UPLOADED HERE ON THE CFPB WEBSITE AS WELL. Despite my notifications and attempts to address concerns, Equifax continues to stall and make excuses as to why they can not do what is lawfully expected of them to do. They need to allow me to exercise my right to opt-out of sharing my information. According tot he Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 Section 602, it states that there is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. I am the consumer and have the right to make sure that my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states that " it is the policy of the congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of this customers ' nonpublic information ''. The financial institutions Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and for a fact do not have my written consent to do so. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general subject to subjection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates ''. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX and Equifax whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose non public personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless- the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that non disclosure option. XXXX, Equifax and XXXX, who are Furnisher of information to credit agencies, never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. In addition, 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 5 ) states " Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report more than seven years ''. These accounts are adverse items that they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 US Code 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish and information relating to a consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has a reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 US Code 1681 e states " Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681 c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax are no maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' " I am opting out of your reporting services ''.
