Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding persistent inaccuracies on my credit report. Despite my repeated attempts to address and correct the following issues -late open accounts, public records, late closed accounts, accounts included in bankruptcy, and charge-offs, these inaccuracies persist, adversely affecting my creditworthiness and causing undue hardship. The Credit Bureaus are reporting different information from other bureaus. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be corrected. A public record that was inaccurately reported, such as judgments need to be removed. The late closed accounts, including the names of the creditors, account numbers, and the reported late closed status shall be deleted. The account included in bankruptcy, including the names of the creditors and account numbers shall be deleted. The charge-off accounts, including the names of the creditors, account numbers, and any other relevant information should be deleted. I have attach documentation that reinforces my claims and clearly demonstrates the inaccuracies of the reported late open accounts, public records, late closed accounts, accounts included in bankruptcy, and charge-offs. These inaccuracies are severely impacting your credit score and causing financial distress. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), disputed information needs to be corrected or removed immediately. I trust that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take the necessary steps to rectify the persistent inaccuracies on my credit report. I am asking for your assistance to correct these late open accounts and remove the charge off, late closed, acount included in Bankruptcy and public record in my credit file : 1. XXXX XXXX Balance : {$0.00} - I do not believe I was late on the dates you are reporting. Please report the payment status positive and update all late from reporting on this account. 2. XXXX XXXX Balance Owed : {$0.00} - I see things may be inaccurate. Start looking at the account name, opening date, and high balance. I believe this information may be inaccurate. Immediate removal of this item is necessary. 3. XXXX XXXX Balance : {$0.00} - Investigate the way this account is reporting the date of last activity, account name, and opening date. I believe this information may be inaccurate. I need this removed now. 4. XXXX XXXX Balance Owed : {$0.00} - I need the following investigated account name, date of last activity, and opening date. I believe this information may be wrong. I need this removed immediately. 5. XXXX XXXX Balance : {$700.00} - This account was showing an inaccurate payment history and payment status. A charge-off should show a XXXX balance. This inaccurate information continues to do harm to my credit. Please provide proof of the last payment. Otherwise, remove this from my file. 6. XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance Owed : {$0.00} - I believe this account is reporting inaccurately. I do not recall ever having a legal obligation with this company nor do I believe one exists. Please provide me with verifiable proof this account belongs to me. I request a signed contract which is the ONLY LEGAL authority that stipulates an agreement. Please remove it. 7. XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance {$530.00} - The limit to this account was a fraction of the amount due it as stated. That is utterly unfathomable! Had a proper investigation been conducted you would have seen the error and corrected it immediately. You failed to do your job ; you must now REMOVE THIS ITEM ALTOGETHER. 8. XXXX XXXX Balance : {$0.00} - This bankruptcy file date is wrong and this bankruptcy is out of statute for reporting on a credit report. And it should no longer be reported because it is past the 10 years statute of limitations that a credit bureau can report. Please update the filing date and then remove it. 9. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XX/XX/2018 - I did not file a XXXX XXXX XXXX with the courts. When I spoke with the court clerk that did not have records. Please provide the contact information of the 3rd party data furnisher that provided you as the credit reporting agency with this misinformation so I may contact them directly.

Consumer Complaint: It is with great concern that I note your bureau 's insistence on reporting these accounts as accurate, despite a lack of sufficient evidence to support such claims. This raises serious doubts about the veracity of the reported information and its compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I was the victim and Im not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. I must emphasize that the burden of proof lies with the credit reporting agencies to substantiate the accuracy of the information they report. In the case of the late payment accounts in question, I have yet to receive any verifiable evidence confirming the accuracy of the reported late payment dates. The absence of such evidence leads me to question the validity of the reported information and its compliance with the standards set forth by the FCRA. XXXX XXXX Those payments were made on time.
