Consumer Complaint: I have reviewed my consumer reports and notice I had two late payments on an account that I was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to their best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the account that I have included screenshot inside this complaint in and on this XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Please Investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof cant be provided I demand these payments be updated and to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late.Please see screenshot attachment.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over XXXX days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within XXXX days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over XXXX days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. My information was also impacted by the Equifax, XXXX and XXXX data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.

Consumer Complaint: My student loans used to be handled by a lending company called XXXX but after XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and qualified for student loan forgiveness they transferred my loan to a company called XXXX. I have XXXX issues now because XXXX is continuing to report my student debt as well as XXXX so it appears I have twice as much student loan debt on my report than I actually do.. also XXXX has XXXX violated by the XXXX XXXX and my account is in mandatory forbearance pending my income driven repayment agreement which should be set at XXXX continuing once the issue is resolved but XXXX is reporting that my payments are deferred and they keep adding interest to the balance in my credit report but there is supposed to be no interest during the forbearance. I would like XXXX to quit reporting and have it removed from my report and I would like a XXXX to report accurately and update everything but I have had no luck and it has caused me to be denied for a mortgage.
