Consumer Complaint: Months ago, I have sent a letter to the three credit bureaus asking them to correct this questionable information, but nothing has changed. I shall take legal action against you because I believe you have not authenticated these things in line with Sections 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had a late payment on an account I was never late on. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report information to the best of their ability and with maximum accuracy. I have never been late for the account that I have included screenshots inside this complaint on the dates of XX/XX/23. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Thanks! Please see attached.

Here is a summary of the actions I have taken to address this matter : I have submitted disputes through your online platform, providing detailed information about the late open accounts, along with supporting documentation. I contacted your customer support hotline to inquire about the status of my disputes. However, the information provided has been inconsistent, and the issue remains unresolved. In an effort to expedite the resolution, I have submitted supplementary documentation [ list any additional documents submitted ] to support my case and clarify the inaccuracies. Despite these efforts, the late open accounts continue to negatively impact my credit report. This situation is not only frustrating but also raises concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the information maintained by Credit Bureaus. As a consumer, I rely on accurate credit reporting to make important financial decisions, and the persistent errors on my report hinder my ability to do so. I kindly request a thorough investigation into the late open accounts listed on my credit report and a swift resolution to correct these inaccuracies. I am requesting that they must delete the inaccurate accounts that were previously reported by their agency, as they have been deleted from XXXX 's records.
