Your company is in violation of the FCRA and Metro2 Compliance and reporting violation. 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS.-Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term " consumer report '' does not include- ( A ) subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any- ( 1 ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; On ( XXXX XXXX Account ) XXXX XXXX XXXX- XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX - XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/120 XX/XX/150 ) ) you reported transactions from account # to my consumer report. The reporting of excluded information pursuant 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) to 69 a consumer report is Clear violation of Metro2 compliance! Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the late payment transactions deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I made several disputes to the three major credit reporting agencies, through the CFPB, notifying them of inaccurate information reporting on my consumer report ( Credit Profile ). At that time I included screenshots of the inaccurate information and requested that the items be promptly REMOVED due to the inaccurate information. I also notified the reporting agencies that, at the time, this was my third time notifying them of inaccurate information and also unverified and incorrect information.

The inaccuracies have had a detrimental impact on my credit score, and I am seeking your assistance in rectifying this situation. I was contacted by a collection agency regarding the accounts that were obtained under my name. I have no knowledge of obtaining any of the accounts listed here in this affidavit report, and was told that I needed to complete this affidavit, along with submitting my personal identification to have the suspected fraudulent accounts investigated and removed immediately.

Equifax is the only bureau reporting this unknown account. In addition the information listed on the account does not match my address or personal identifying information. Ive asked Equifax to validate the account by providing documentation for which that have not. Ive filed a FTC claim in XX/XX/XXXX that the company ignored. Consumer Complaint: I was looking at my report and noticed there was some things that was not correct. I sent a letter to Equifax on XXXX XXXX. Here is the information, but it has been more than 35 days since the credit bureau havent responded thats a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681i Under 15 U.S. Code 1681i -Subject to subsection ( f ) and except as provided in subsection ( g ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer reporting agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, the agency shall, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller.
