Consumer Complaint: I have reached out to XXXX and Equifax several times and i have yet to receive a response of any kind. I have 2 credit cards that are not showing on XXXX and Equifax. Equifax is also showing an erroneous payment history showing several late payments that are not on the other CRA 's for one of my listed cc ending in XXXX. I have been informed since Equifax has not responded that I am owed {$1000.00} in compensation. Please tell me how i can go about collecting that amount. The lack of information being reported by the CCRA 's is falsely suppressing my credit score and is causing me financial harm. I need this fixed immediately. Thank you.

Such actions are payable in fines. " In XXXX XXXX XXXX Equifax announced a data breach that exposed the personal information of XXXX XXXX people. The company has agreed to a global settlement with the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and 50 U.S. states and territories. The settlement includes up to {$420.00} XXXX to help people affected by the data breach. '' EQUIFAX NEVER expressed to me of any beach but continue to work with non affiliated third party companies which is in DIRECT VIOLATION. seems like the breach still exist i was in the mid XXXX.
