Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the following information that you are providing on my credit report : XXXX days late payments. For starters You have been billing me incorrectly since XX/XX/2023. You have charged for me fraudulent charges and failed to remove all of the charges after I opened a claim. As you are aware all charges with balances create interest which Im forced to pay. I have written multiple letters for this to be corrected. The billing error has finally been updated XX/XX/2023. Which is also when you reported inaccurately late payments. XXXX, Equifax and XXXX shows that you state that there was not a payment made in XXXX or XXXX. That is False. Your rep stated that I made a {$70.00} payment on my account in XX/XX/2023. However I also made a {$280.00} payment and XXXX credited my account an additional {$81.00}.

Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to CRRG, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the CRRG Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document. It's not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB , FTC and my Attorney General.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern Re : Violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ) To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to bring to your attention multiple violations of federal laws committed by Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX that have resulted in unauthorized and inaccurate reporting of my personal information. These violations are in direct contravention of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 USC 1681, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ), 15 USC 6801, and associated regulations, particularly 12 CFR 1016.7. * Unauthorized Sharing of Personal Information According to 15 USC 6801, it is the policy of Congress that each financial institution, which includes Furnisher of Information to Credit Agencies, has an obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and protect the confidentiality of their nonpublic personal information. Despite this, neither [ Furnisher of Information to Credit Agencies ], nor Equifax and XXXX, obtained my written consent to furnish my personal information. Furthermore, 15 USC 1681 section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) unequivocally states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report only in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. As such, any consent provided, whether implicit or otherwise, is hereby revoked. Relevant USC and CFR codes : 15 USC 6801, 15 USC 1681 section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ), 12 CFR 1016.7 * Failure to Inform of Nondisclosure Option 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) dictates that a financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how to exercise their nondisclosure option. Equifax, XXXX, XXXX failed to inform me of my right to exercise this option, thereby breaching this legal requirement. Relevant USC and CFR codes : 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) * Reporting of Unauthorized Adverse Item Per 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ), no consumer reporting agency may include adverse information in a consumer report without authorization, unless it falls under specific exceptions, which do not apply in this case. Equifax and XXXX, XXXX are reporting adverse information without my permission, a clear violation of the law. Relevant USC code : 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) * Failure to Maintain Reasonable Procedures 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) explicitly states that a person shall not furnish information to a consumer reporting agency if they know or have reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Equifax and XXXX are in breach of this provision by furnishing inaccurate information. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681e mandates that consumer reporting agencies must maintain reasonable procedures to avoid violations of FCRA. Equifax and XXXX, XXXX have failed to maintain such procedures. Relevant USC codes : 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ), 15 U.S. Code 1681e In light of these serious violations of federal law, I demand immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that my personal information is not inaccurately reported and shared without my explicit written consent. I am seeking the maximum penalty of {$1000.00} per violation, as allowed by law. Per the fcra as a federally protection consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given you written unwritten verbal non verbal per 15 usc 6802 I am also invoking my right under 12 CFR 1016.7 to opt out of your reporting services with immediate effect. been trying to solve this problem for some time with your agency and the corporations and debt collectors you allowed to put fraudulent inaccurate items on my credit report without permissible purpose. Matter is you continued to report items as well without my permission and not being 100 % accurate under 15 US Code 1681e ( b ). I am a litigious consumer Meaning unreasonably prone to go to law to settle disputes and is in the process of taking legal action in this matter to enforce my rights under FCRA and FDCPA.
