In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act this creditor has violated my rights under 15USC 1681 602 states I have the right to privacy ( 15 USC 1681 ( section 604 and section 2 ( it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions under 15USCS 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer plan as late for any purpose. The following accounts listed need to be corrected XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ________________________________________________________________ The following accounts were opened from identity fraud i demand immediate removal and current and all future blocks. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The following accounts are fraudulent I have never had any business with this company i have submitted the FTC affidavit here before and you failed to remove these accounts with that being said i am prepared to take legal action if these accounts are not removed 1. The following accounts do not belong to me they are fraud. I am a victim of identity theft my info was on the dark web and other breaches. Provide a complete log regarding dates and times you attempted to contact me. If this alleged account was established by another party, then please detail your relationship- i.e., whether you are reporting this information as an assignment or whether you have purchased an alleged account outright. Also provide the account details for at least a year leading to this action, as well as any collection fees or interest and, if you are a third-party collector, your license or bond to collect in my state so that I may confirm your identity. Should you be unable or unwilling to answer, then you should respect my consumer and privacy rights and remove the damaging trade line from my credit reports immediately. I demand that you show me a copy of the items listed in this letter as well as stated below if you can not produce these items, you must delete them. 2. 1. Validation of the debt-that is the actual accounting. 3. 4. Verification of signed Invoice. 5. A copy of the Contract binding both parties ( you and them ), in a letter by certified mail so that there is an independent witness to it having been delivered. 6. Consumer Complaint: I want to dispute these accounts because it was affecting my credit report, it was caused by Identity Theft. I did not make these charges. I am having problems with this unfair treatment. These accounts were taken care of with the original creditor and promised me to update it out of my report. Therefore, these accounts shouldn't be in my report. This is an error that you need to look into, so please do your investigation on this and remove or delete this account from my credit report.
