Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had two late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XXXX. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2024, XXXX auto loan has been paid off in full and since, they have been reporting changes in payment history and balance increases to the credit bureaus but not reporting that the account is paid in full. I have disputed this with the credit bureaus and the disputes have come back complete with no changes. This means XXXX is unethically practicing reporting and collections which goes against the FCRA and compliance 2. These credit bureaus are definitely not seriously verifying the information and statements that are being placed on credit reports nor the disputes from the consumers. This is causing damage in manipulating the credit scores and history.
