Consumer Complaint: Per FCRA as a federally protected consumer, I am asserting my rights under 16 USC 6802, 16 USC 6803, 16 USC 6804, and 16 USC 6805. The accounts listed below are reporting incorrectly across XXXX, EQUIFAX, and XXXX. I previously disputed these accounts through the companies as well as the agencies. I also submitted a complaint on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX However, the accounts were verified by the agencies. My complaint was closed unsatisfactorily. I question the accuracy when the XXXX agencies are all reporting different information. The accounts are as follows : XXXX The agencies are reporting XXXX different dates of last activity, different dates of last payment and different payment histories. This account is also listed as a charge off. A charge off is a certificate of indebtedness. Therefore it is income and can not be listed on my credit report. Under Privacy Act of 1974. Please remove this account immediately from all three agencies. XXXX The agencies are reporting different payment histories, different dates of last activity, and dates of last activity. I was never late on this account. The law states it is illegal to report transaction history. Please update payment history in your records. XXXX XXXX This account is not reporting correctly across the XXXX bureaus. There are different dates of last activity listed, incorrect payment status listed, incorrect payment history listed. Please remove this account from all XXXX agencies immediately. Another account is listed on EQUIFAX that just says original creditor XXXX. It is listed as a collection account. I have never had a collection account with XXXX. Please remove this account from Equifax immediately. There is an inquiry listed on XXXX, EQUIFAX, and XXXX inquiries listed on my report with the date of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I did not authorize this. Please remove this under 15 USC 1681. Please see credit report attached as evidence.
