Equifax, XXXX and XXXX response is that they completed their investigation and the account is reporting as accurate. However, discrepancies in the reporting of this account still persist, indicating that a proper and thorough investigation was not conducted. Moreover, my repeated requests for original documentation, signatures, contracts, and details regarding the verification method for this account have been left unanswered, raising serious concerns about the transparency and accuracy of the reported information. In addition to the aforementioned issues, I would like to bring your attention to specific violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) : 1. Privacy Rights ( 15 USC 1681 Section 602 ) : I assert my right to privacy, and I expect that the handling of my dispute adheres to these privacy rights. 2. Written Instructions ( 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 ) : According to FCRA, a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. In this case, I have not provided such instructions. 3. Timeliness of Payments ( 15 USC 1666B ) : As per FCRA, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account as late for any purpose. In light of these FCRA violations and the adverse impact on my ability to obtain credit, I urgently demand the deletion of the reported 30-day late payment on this account.
