Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is inaccurately reporting charge off every month which is really affecting my credit score. My rights have been violated due inaccuracy on my credit report. I am entitled to an accurate credit reports this creditor has violated my rights as a consumer. I would like this account deleted immediately. You cant report a charge off each month. The credit agencies has three different open account dates. It also shows different amounts across all three agencies. I disputed these accounts on XX/XX/10. All three agencies refused to complete a through investigation. I am not able to qualify for a home due to these inaccuracies hurting my account. Yet XXXX is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. XXXX and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form XXXX949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Dispute of Unauthorized Account Reporting and Demand for Resolution XXXX, XXXX, Equifax Consumer Relations, I am writing to dispute the unquestionable inclusion of unauthorized late payments on my consumer report related to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX account. This blatant violation is severely impacting my creditworthiness and constitutes a grave breach of privacy. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), a person is explicitly defined as any individual, partnership, corporation, trust, estate, cooperative, association, government or governmental subdivision or agency, or other entity ( 15 USC 1681a ). There is no room for interpretation here. Furthermore, 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) of the FCRA unequivocally prohibits the reporting of transactions between the reporting entity and the consumer. This is not a potential violation ; it is an unmistakable breach that must be rectified. Even in the case of a permissible purpose, the consumer 's consent is mandatory, as dictated by 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ). Consumer Complaint: On going issue with all 3 credit reporting agencies I feel discriminated upon targeted to stay stagnated. I have reported and frozen and alerted my credit XXXX of fraud and XXXX even breached my information. I have a supposed credit monitoring added to help but nothing has helped or been done I have disputed my soft inquiries and hard and most remain I mean one company is reported on my soft inquiries at the least 25 times to keep my score down. I have already explained that after my no which is also reported wrong it states I claimed no because of business failure which is incorrect and they know this and still report it. An account which was prepaid and never late is being reported as negative and I have reported this for years and still there and disputed the inconsistencies of wrong amounts reported negative and still reporting. I want a federal investigation as to how I and am sure many others are being oppressed by these reports and misinformation I would like it removed and rescored immediate action taken I only keep receiving letters for me to verify my information when I have asked them to verify with each company to provide the proof given to them to be able to even run my credit when I know no identity information proof was given because I havent applied for anything
