Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management has informed me of their intent to collect {$3500.00} for a past debt. I have requested both the contract I previously signed with the company and a comprehensive transaction history, but unfortunately, they have not provided this information. Moreover, I am concerned by their consistent reporting of varying amounts for the same account on my credit report. This continuous activity suggests an indefinite presence of the account on my report. Today, XX/XX/2023, when I inquired about the fluctuating amounts, Midland Credit Management stated that they were not responsible for these changes. Consequently, I can only conclude that this account may be fraudulent, and I am formally requesting its removal from my credit report.

I know that time of debt has adverse affects on scores and they have intentionally listed the debt at a different date. The information on my credit report is inaccurate. I also have another company trying to collect the same debt Who is MCM giving my personal information to? Please delete my information as it is wrongfully being reported and please stop sharing my information with XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I am not liable for this debt with XXXX XXXX and do not have a contract with Midland Funding LLC. They refused to provide me with the orginial application like I asked and continued to report a negative account to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/2018 ; Midland Funding LLC began to report a balance of XXXX on my credit report. I disputed this account with XXXX and explained that I did not have any account that reflected this bank or this amount owed. Midland Funding then decided to update the balance on the account to {$1800.00} and reported the dispute as resolved and the dispute was closed. I disputed this account again for ownership and asked the creditor to validate the debt with a signed copy of my application to this company or the pry contract, the company provided neither documents. Instead, Midland Funding verified the debt as accurate and no further changes were made to the account. I do not acknowledge this debt and request that it is removed from my credit report immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I revived a letter from Midland Credit Management stating I had an outstanding debt with a credit card company and it was dated XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX They stated in the letter if I did not pay within 14 days there will be a warrant for my arrest and incarceration with the state of XXXX XXXX Case # XXXXThey also used an attorney 's name with a Bar ID in the signature portion of the letter.. Now I personally am aware you can't be arrested from a debt collection agency for an old debt or any debt.. I suffer from severe anxiety and XXXX and I'm on XXXX and don't need a credit agency making false threats.. At first I believed it but called a fiend who is a private attorney and they said its a tactic they use to scare the consumer.. Not to worry.. This is pure harassment and should be handled by the local authorities..

Consumer Complaint: Hello, Midland Credit Management XXXX has violated 15 US Code 1692c Communication in connection with dent collection, 15 US Code 1692g Validation of debts and 15 US Code 6802 Obligation with respect to disclosures of personal information. In your correspondence letter you stated that you sent mail XX/XX/2022 about this alleged account. What address did you send this letter to? I never received this communication and none of the documents youve shown proves that I owe Midland Credit Management. This is not my debt. You guys never sent me the validation letter which is required by law. I ask that you cease furnishing on my consumer report. Furthermore 15 U.S. Code 6802a states financial institutions may not directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information, unless such Financial institution provides or has provided to a consumer a notice that complies with section 6803 of this title. You may not disclose this information unless you disclose this in writing or electronic or other fo rm permitted by the regulations prescribed under section 6804 of this title, that such information may be disclosed to such third party : ( b ) the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party : ( consumer reporting agency ). And I must be given instructions on how I can exercise my rights. This is a notice to sue because I have not be given any of these disclosures from either company. I asked that this is removed immediately. I don't want any more time wasted on this. You must know all of the Laws before you waste your time and cost your company thousands from a lack of knowledge.
