Consumer Complaint: i sent my letter off in XX/XX/2023 i told the bureaus to " investigate every piece of information '' on the accounts i have listed below. Also i have attached the letter i sent out and here the tracking #. according to the FCRA The term " investigate consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such item of information. They stated my account was verified but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to the law. Also every piece of information on these accounts are still not reporting 100 % accurate. and according to the FCRA 15 USC 1681 has to be 100 % accurate. I have credit credit report showing the inaccuracies. Consumer Complaint: You do not have my permission to share my nonpublic information to unaffiliated third parties, namely XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Not only is the information being reported to the consumer reporting agencies inaccurate but also I have the right to privacy under 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ). I was not properly informed of my right to opt out and would like to exercise that right, pursuant to 15 USC 6802. There is NO law stating that this information needs to be reported. In fact, according to 15 USC 1681 2 ( A ) ( i ), a consumer report should NOT contain " information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ''. Also, according to 15 USC 1681 2 ( B ), the consumer report should NOT include " any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device ; ''. Pursuant to 15 USC 1602, as of being informed of my desire to exercise my right to privacy, the reporting of this information is now an unauthorized use of my social security card for which I receive no benefit. Continuing to do so would make you negligent and could further damage my reputation and perceived creditworthiness leading to more financial damages for which you would be criminally and civilly liable should I have to resort to taking legal action, pursuant to 15 USC 1681o ( a ) ( 1 ) and 15 USC 1611.

Consumer Complaint: On all of my credit reports for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Ive seen that I have a derogatory report stating that I owe a debit of {$5200.00}. I do not know these company and do not know what loan they are talking about nor I am getting any information from this company when I called to find out what is going on. I want a copy of the original contract with my signature, a copy of the original payment history, and proof of collection authorization as I was unable to get this information. I did file dispute with with the three credit bureaus and waiting for a resolution. Since this debt is disputed pursuant to the fair Debt Collection practices act, I require that the company cease all collection of this alleged debt and that I do not want any contact with this company along with using my information illegally to report to the credit bureau as I will then file for fraud and identity theft.

As per my previous complaints I have attached my FTC Affidavit that is notarized my identification, their previous response and also the new addition is I went and filed a police report which is also attached please again remove the accounts from my credit report and cease all communications with me.
