Consumer Complaint: Midland Credit Management Inc ( MCM ) {$360.00} I received a letter from Midland with an attempt to settle a debt in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX in which I immediately sent a validation of this debt to on XX/XX/XXXX. Certified receipt of the item was XXXX which is attached. Clearly stated what I wanted the Collection agency to verify. XX/XX/XXXX they sent another computer generated settlement letter and failed to validate within 30 days of my letter sent and computer generated verification but no information on what I was asking them to provide me to validate this debt. XX/XX/XXXX I sent a no response letter to Midland stating again what they failed to provide me. Letter received at the XXXX of XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX asking me to provide them what is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: In late XX/XX/XXXX, Midland Funding filed a lawsuit against me in XXXX XXXX XXXX Court in Arizona, which involved junk-debt purchased by them that was beyond the statute of limitations. I addressed the fact that it was past the statute of limitations with the court. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was startled to discover that a judgement had just been issued by the court on this case. This is something I was not made aware of beforehand, as is necessary with the filing of a motion for a judgement. As can be seen in the court activity which I have attached, I have always responded to the court, when I am notified. I would have then obtained an attorney, as they continued to attempt to collect on something which was past the statute of limitation. At the time, the only documentation I had received was regarding another case they had brought against me at the same court. This was also a case which was beyond the statute of limitations, which I immediately addressed with the court. Midland Funding is a predatory company.

Consumer Complaint: Midland is reporting in my credit file however it is inaccurate because it was said to be late, yet all the payments are OK. I do not think that this is mine. I did my research on what to do because it is affecting my scores to badly, I asked for documents, disclosure and where did the account come from but they failed to provide me, so I came online and researched. The plaintiff is asking the same thing that I wanted and at the end of it all the plaintiff won this case. I am talking about the Texas VS Midland Funding Case. I have learned that Midland claims to have a disclosure and an agreement that there is a Consumer Agreement for all who they are collecting from. I guarantee you that there is no such thing that I have agreed upon to.

Well I have try several times to call her and get things settle. They do not answer the phone or even call me back. Why am I told to call someone to help me with this matter to only get ignored. I dont understand when someone is trying to settles their debt and cant get any help.

Consumer Complaint: Company Midland Credit Management sent a dated letter XX/XX/2021 given me until XX/XX/2021 to pay them {$1800.00}, or they will file a lawsuit against me. I do not owe this bill or have I ever authorize to do any business with this company. I was not aware of this company until I received the letter on XX/XX/2021, this company is not reported on any of the three credit bureau on my annual credit report. This is not my account and I do not owe this bill or this company.. I recently became aware of my personal information was compromised in the XXXX breach and recently file a fraud report with XXXX bureaus reporting Fraud on my credit report. My personal information was also on the dark web. Please investigate any original documents with this company Midland Credit Management, and remove from my credit report. I do not recognized this company or a this $ {$1800.00} bill they are threading to file a lawsuit against me.
