Consumer Complaint: At XXXX, XXXX PST on XX/XX/21 a received a call from XXXX at work from a very aggressive man using aggressive language threatening to contact my family about a debt which I am positive I do not owe. I asked him not to contact me at work ever again as we can be fired for taking personal phone calls. He was XXXX with a thick XXXX accent. and told me his name is XXXX XXXX ( which we all know is not accurate ), He said he was calling for Mid-land return phone number XXXX. They added an astronomical fee to the base debt which is also predatory like. I hung up and told him to never call me at work or phone ever again. This company repeatedly has called my cell phone from XXXX to XXXX daily multiple times from various phone numbers. They have contacted my husband, co-workers, relatives Whom are all willing to testify. It was scary and unprofessional Mid-Land should not be allowed to get away with threatening people and contacting them at their place of employment. Something must be done to protect ourselves from ppl like this.

Consumer Complaint: Midland credit management is trying to collect {$3500.00} from me for an account that does not belong to me. They said its for XXXX XXXX XXXX which I currently have and i have always been in good standing with them. I called XXXX XXXX and they told me I have never even been late in a payment and that I do not owe them money. They advised me to call Midland to dispute this. Midland credit management had up to 15 fraudulent account open under my social security number at one point. They remover most of them but left two that definitely do not belong to me. The second one is for the amount of {$1800.00}. I have no idea where this collection came from. This account also does not belong to me. I have put to much into having good credit. Every time I call Midland they do nothing to try to clear up these accounts.

This is stolen Identity I have made a complaint Last XX/XX/XXXX and they still haven't shown proof that I had this card they said it was an online thing and they bought this debt from someone else I never had this and I want it removed. They have been messing with me being able to purchase a better vehicle and a home I've told the credit companies its fraud and I wanted proof and as I said it was removed yet its on here again please help
