Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern : Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. Under the Fair Debt collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request validation of the debt you say I owe you. I am requesting proof that I am indeed the party you are asking to pay this debt, and there is some contractual obligation that is binding on me to pay this debt. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA. I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. At this time I will also inform you that if your offices have or continue to report invalidated information to any of the three major credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX ), this action might constitute fraud under both federal and state laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found or continues to report on any of my credit reports by your company or the company you represent, I will not hesitate in bringing legal action against you and your client for the following : Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Defamation of Character. I am sure your legal staff will agree that non-compliance with this request could put your company in serious legal trouble with the FTC and other state or federal agencies. Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX am submitting this complaint on my own behalf, again, after numerous attempts to resolve this. Please due not mark this as duplicate as I have no other channel to report this matter before pursuing legal counsel. Please accept this complaint. Facts : I have disputed these accounts through each credit bureau XXXX and XXXX and the company has retaliated by placing past due payments on my credit file for debts that I dispute and do not own. I demand this company stop reporting false information and harassing me to pay debts I do not owe. If I am not able to resolve this, I will need this escalated to someone who can help protect me. This is illegal and according to Midland Fundings legal record, this is common practice to coerce people into paying unvalidated debts. I will not be bullied by this company.

A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it is mine. according to FCRA, Midland Credit has violated my rights as a consumer and I am requesting legal action to remove the account immediately.

Debtor 's creditor did not verify this collection. Also there was NO written form of communication, contract, or written signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a written signature dose not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it's mines. According to the FCRA Midland Credit Management XXXX.has violated my rights as a consumer and I'M requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.
