Consumer Complaint: I'm XXXX XXXX, and I need your help in contacting this company. I made an attempt to get in touch with them to ask why someone had registered an account in my name. I regret that this extremely significant issue is now harming my credit profile. Since it also violates data privacy, I do not let anybody to use my name, date of birth, or any other information. They must identify who started the account in my name and just provide that individual my information. Kindly help me in solving this.

This is a very serious matter and I feel bad that it is now affecting my credit profile. I do not authorize anyone to use my name, date or birth or any information as it is also against Data Privacy. Consumer Complaint: I'm not sure what dates I should include but it started last month either XXXX or XXXX when I missed one payment with them. The amount was for {$35.00} dollars. I've already filled out the summons questionnaire paperwork that had to be turn into them within the 30 days. I faxed it in the very next day in that same week I received their summons paperwork. In the summons paperwork there was a question about how much I was willing to settle and I answered back to them {$1300.00} to pay them off completely but they are still harassing me by repeated phone calls. Please say that you can help me. I am trying to work with them. Thank you so much.

Consumer Complaint: I need your HELP : MIDLAND BROKE THE LAW! ! On XX/XX/XXXX I sent certified mail to MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEM of tradeline XXXX of alleged debt XXXX due to their actions in violating my consumer rights and FDCPA Laws by parking the alleged debt on my consumer reports without proper notification and verification. The violations committed against me negatively affected my position to apply for a mortgage. Despite the FTC has already taken enforcement action against a debt collector parking debts on credit reports without notice to consumers, Midland has blatantly committed deceptive acts in passive credit reporting or parking instead of active collection efforts like phone calls and letters. Midland the collector furnishes negative information to the XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX without ever attempting to contact me about the alleged debt but only waited until I the consumer discovers the negative information upon my intent to apply for a mortgage. Midland also ignored the CFPBs new debt collection regulations, effective XX/XX/XXXX that requires notice to consumers about an alleged debt before the account can be reported to CRAs. Midland played delayed tactics in only sending me correspondence which I attached to with respect to legal threats and used another unknown address which is not my consumer reports- see exhibits attached. ( another violation ). To date, Midland has not yet acknowledged the communication of certified mail attached.

Consumer Complaint: I was contacted by phone from Midland Credit Management in XXXX at the outbreak of the pandemic. I told them then to cease and decist and that due to loss of income from the pandemic I was not able to pay them. Today, I received by mail a pre-legal notification. I contacted them and my number was dialled into a call centre in XXXX, not in the United States. I do not appreciate that. When I ordered them cease and desist in XXXX, it meant no communication from them was wanted. According to the letter, I received was the division manager and his name was XXXX XXXX. I would like to hear from him personally and not some madarchod in XXXX, who can barely speak English. I believe that Midland Credit Management is indifferent to the hardships caused by COVID and that they are cold blooded in trying to collect a debt from someone who has told them of a hardship. If they get an attorney to review my case, not only will I file another complaint, I will also contact the proper authorities in my state to get that attorney either suspended or disbarred all together. It would not be my first time doing this.
