Consumer Complaint: I am writing in response to the communication I received from Midland Credit Management regarding an alleged debt associated with Account # [ XXXX. I stated that I spoke with an attorney regarding this matter however I do not need an attorney to challenge the information on my consumer report. According to Title 15 USC 1692a Congressional findings or declaration of purpose, you are hereby informed that as a result of your fraudulent practices with the intention to cause harm, I have suffered mentally as well as financially. Your company and its agents are harassing me for an alleged debt that was not properly verified.Your company shared statements as well as a copy of a consumer contract as evidence of the debt but as per the judgment in the case of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a copy of the consumer contract is not sufficient evidence of the debt. I received your notice dated XXXX XXXX, which included documents purporting to support the validity of the debt in question. However, I find that the information provided in your communication is insufficient to establish that I owe a debt to Midland Credit Management. In fact, your company 's name or any reference to Midland Credit Management is not mentioned anywhere in the documents you provided. As per 15 U.S.C. 1692j ( a ) It is unlawful to design, compile, and furnish any form knowing that such form would be used to create the false belief in a consumer that a person other than the creditor of such consumer is participating in the collection of or in an attempt to collect a debt such consumer allegedly owes such creditor, when in fact such person is not so participating.

The complete and unredacted purchase agreement showing when this alleged debt was purchased and how this alleged debt is somehow tied to me 3. Any and all payment history regarding this alleged debt.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX the name of this creditor company. I have a whole folder from XXXX XXXX for the last couple of years where it shows proof of being off and on my reports. I have two documents showing and these are the original ones from XXXX XXXX saying that the two accounts it's that close and the balance at XXXX. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I talked to her attorney and he stated to me that as long as I have any document proof in the fact that they was paid off to XXXX from the companies and saying that it was closed which I told them at that time after they were both reserved. And for the past almost 5 years I think they've been out to get me and mess up and destroy my credit score this credit company. They have given my information out so I've been getting all these hard a hit on my credit. I've sent them out all the information on both of them I faxed out one piece and then I also maul out the other. Now they're trying to sue me. And I can't even contact these people at all they either scream at me they're rude and unprofessional. keep me on hold and hang up. Recorded the last conversation I had with them I just got to find it I have a couple recordings of their conversations who I talking. I'm saying is according to the attorney that they are closed and the amount o is XXXX. Which I do I can show you guys I can show anybody these two I have them but I also have a whole folder of other evidence. I have one where XXXX XXXX attacked both of the credit bureaus an XXXX they wiped my whole entire accounts. I don't know some shady there I actually had two accounts reopened back up because I contacted at least one which is time and they don't ask for any type of payments as long as cash goes into their card they can collect it the data. And I have all this. They threatened to sue me. I'm saying this now XXXX XXXX and you guys at XXXX or going to get attacked by this incident cuz you guys are reporting false information and hey I'm trying to make this right. I'm trying to finally be free off of this torture to where this stops messing up everything for me with this credit stuff this. Like I remember 4 years I couldn't even do nothing. And this is after I paid for it they negatory marked me twice for these. Like I said they are false they are illegal and if you guys don't investigate trust me I'm looking out for you just like how I said for XXXX XXXX. Because honestly they're all look at you guys as hey you guys are putting on the report. So I'm letting you guys now about this immediately. I am a father and I'm also a husband I'm working man. This right here has been five to six years of mentally abuse and not allowing me to do nothing. If you look onto my report you'll see that I actually had nine accounts open so there was XXXX made and give them to me. But because of them I have never even had a chance to take out a loan or reach over like XXXX or XXXX. Like you guys are marking late stuff when they're not even opening anymore they are closed I repeat they're close and paid off. Investigate This please because. Tomorrow I am going to be on the phone with my attorney and we'll get to the bottom of this fair and square. I'm telling you I've already got told by four of them that this is a solid case. So please open your eyes and look at this before this creditor embarrasses you and XXXX XXXX. Thank you for having me out investigate this and there should be no way. They should be only two accounts right now one is XXXX XXXX. And XXXX XXXX are the only companies that should be on there at this point all the rest should be closed. And my credit score should be way over XXXX by now. But hey just send you a message relying it over passing too because this point it makes you guys look like you guys will part of this and that you didnt really look into it and it shows that you are signing with this party by letting it happen. Because I sent so many disputes I've actually sent many different types of things to show this and I'm just letting you guys know politely and respectfully to really look into this because I'm already doing my research yeah we've been for the last couple of months. So trust me I'm bringing the receipts so this is me lastly just letting you guys know respectful.

Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports, a CRA may only furnish a consumer report for a permissible purpose, which includes, among other things, for the purpose of evaluating a consumer 's creditworthiness for a loan or other credit transaction. I asked for documentation showing what was owed and a breakdown of payments and outstanding debt as well as showing that it is in fact me. I was told they do not need to provide info I requested. I told them if is my debt I'd like to work with them to resolve the debt but they need to work with me. I was told it's me who owes and they do not need to work with me. My accounts will be going to a lawyer for legal actions. I responded with if you aren't willing to provide info I guess I'll see u in court

As previously I have disputed this debt with XXXX as not mine and I am once again disputing this debt as Identity theft and I want these XXXX accounts that are listed on my credit report to be removed and closed as these accounts were opened without my consent.
