Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you regarding the following : Please provide me with : 1. The debt is too old to be collected and has already been removed from my report by Midland Credit Management, however it is once again back on my credit report. I want the debt that Midland Credit Management is trying to once again collect to be removed from my report. I have contacted them on numerous occasions, however they keep putting it back.

This is harassment because they should do their due diligence before accusing someone of owning by making sure it is the right person..

Consumer Complaint: Midland credit management is stating that they have are were attempting to charge interest on this debt. Original debt was XXXX. Have been paying for years, but statements mailed never go down. Have been trying to obtain true balance due for 2 years. Finally found out XXXX. The company states interest is XXXX. Keeping with the payment plan, I requested a true balance due statement, but the representative told me that can not be promised, and told me that I was getting a discount of XXXX??? Also have been sending check payments which do not show on there end, only credit card payments. I will continue to pay until it is paid off. Isnt interest illegal?

I opened a fraud investigation with XXXX and it was found that the account fraudulent. The account has been removed from my credit history. Even though XXXX has confirmed the account was fraudulent and has closed the account, the debt was still somehow sold to Midland Credit Management, who is now attempting to collect on the debt. They are trying to collect on a debt that does not belong to me.

This debt should not be reporting on the 3 credit agencies.

The creditor never sent proof that I was late. The creditor has took over 30 days to update my account and Perfom an investigation. The creditor is illegally reaged my date active from XXXX XXXX is missing date last active and your company has failed to do the proper investigation because if so you wouldnt allowed all those late charge offs from the creditor and i would not have XXXX different dates of last active these are FCRA violations . To whom it may concern i am writing to dispute the following information on my credit report : These items are currently showing inaccurately on my credit report filed with the credit bureaus. Pursuant to 5 U.S.C ss 552a ( i ) ( 3 ) Im requesting that this disputed item be removed permanently from my credit report immediately. This statute states that any agency which fails to maintain any record with accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and completeness as is necessary to guarantee fairness in the determination shall not use such record. Please contact me at the email address below to let me know that you have corrected my credit report by removing the disputed items within. The next 30 days as stipulated by the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: In 2020 I fell into financial ruin due to losing my job on more than one occasion and then being forced to move out of my parents house as a result of a toxic living situation and domestic violence issue. My bills more than tripled and I was forced to choose which bills to make a priority and pay. I receive government assistance for food, energy, and XXXX I have told these creditors repeatedly that I do not have any money to pay them yet they still continue to call and harass me and they have also reached out to my parents and their previous employers which is harassment. I would pay my debts if I was financially able to but I cant.
