The previous account balance and debt I owed to Discover Card was discharged under Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy in the United States District Court-District of Minnesota Bankruptcy Court on XX/XX/XXXX. I applied for a Secured Discover Card credit card account and my credit card application was denied for approval and credit. Discover Card keeps denying my online applications for a Secured Discover Card credit card account due to me filing for bankruptcy and getting the previous Discover Card account discharged in bankruptcy court. Discover Financial Services is discriminating against me for filing bankruptcy and getting the previous Discover Card credit card account discharged in bankruptcy court, denying me credit and an opportunity to rebuild my credit. Discriminating against based on my race, me being XXXX American. Discover Financial Services is in complete violation of the 1974 Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ) under federal law. XXXX never refunded me and wasn't cooperative so I filed a chargeback dispute with Discover Bank to get my money back. Discover is inept and refusing to properly handle the dispute and get my refund. I'v submitted a wealth of proof that the order was returned and that XXXX has failed to refund me. Discover is automatically siding with XXXX and refusing to issue my credit as permanent.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I tried to transfer XXXX XXXX dollars from my XXXX XXXX account ( in XXXX XXXX XXXX to my online savings Discover account. This transfer happened on XX/XX/XXXX. Despite my transaction activity saying the transfer was successful, the transfer actually failed due to a error on Discover 's part. I was told this by Discover representatives. On XX/XX/XXXX, Discover attempts to reattempt the transfer and tries to transfer the XXXX again. Since there was already a transfer initiated XXXX XXXX, and the error was on XXXX 's part, XXXX XXXX charges me with overdraft fees. On XX/XX/XXXX, a return ACH transfer is initiated by Discover, however a week later, neither bank has my XXXX. I've contacted both banks throughout the week and both redirect me to each other. I don't know how to proceed but would like help in order to get this solved as soon as possible. Thank you.

The interest rate on my purchases is 10.99 %. I did a Balance Transfer recently, at an interest rate of 6.99 %. When I make my monthly payment, it is being applied to the Balance Transfer amount at 6.99 %. My oldest transactions are 10.99 %, and are not having the payment applied to it. When I make a payment, it should be applied to the oldest transaction.
