Consumer Complaint: Ive had discover card for about a few years now of which I always paid on time. Now there was a point where I was not working so I had a hard time paying it so it did go unpaid which I take full responsibility for. When I was able I put {$2000.00} towards the bill and am back to paying on time as normal. The time when I was unable to pay they suspended my spending privileges, Ive reach out multiple times to get it unsuspended and request has been denied. Times are hard its inflation. I would like to use the card. Paying on time is not an issue whatsoever but atleast give me a card and let me use my account.

Consumer Complaint: Let me be really clear at this point, I will not tolerate being discriminated against by you for being from the XXXX XXXX, you provided false information to a complaint raised to the CPFB a federal agency. Your last response to the CFPB, stated very clearly in writing, a lie. You wrote in your response that I was told if I had not completed a tax return, I should call you. This is blatantly untrue. The email is attached, the email says that if for any reason I am unable to complete the form, I should contact you, to be clear, there is no reason I could not complete the form, so I signed it and sent it back to you, I did then contact discover, who explained to me how to fill out the form. The Equal Credit Opportunity act requires you to not discriminate based on national origin, I did not know what this form is, nor what information the IRS holds about me, since I'm not from the XXXX XXXX. Failing to provide information on this, or an alternative means that you violated this law. To be clear, this is a blatent violation of Federal Law. You will not be allowed to get away with this, DO THE RIGHT THING AND RESOLVE IT. This isnt about some corporate power struggle, you have ruined my credit score, on purpose, because of my national origin. Thanks a lot.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023. The Discover posted my balance transfer for the amount of {$10000.00} and interest of {$430.00}. For paying a Loan that my partner XXXX XXXX has with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called Discover and ask for transaction ID number payment number and they told me they do not have that information because Discover paid electronically. XXXX need that information to trace the payment. As per today, there is a balance in my account was never paid to XXXX and Discover charged me for it with interest. On the XXXX side the loan keeps accruing interest because Discover did no pay them.
