Consumer Complaint: Friday XX/XX/XXXX {$790.00} Purchased concert tickets through XXXX by phone. Concert date was XX/XX/XXXX. Used Discover credit card to pay. Realized shortly afterward I was charged unreasonably. Tried to cancel transaction through Discover and they told me I had to wait for it to post and then file a dispute. Received temporary chargeback which was then ruled in the merchants ' favor. On XX/XX/XXXX I still had not received the tickets. I have emails to prove I reached out to both the merchant and XXXX ( whom the tickets we to be delivered electronically ). The day after the concert XX/XX/XXXX, which I never received my tickets from XXXX, I contacted Discover again to file another dispute on goods not received. XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from an XXXX at Discover informing me that they accepted the merchants paperwork as proof the tickets were delivered and that this was the end of the line as far I could go to seek reimbursement. I don't understand why my written documentation and proof that I had followed all the steps to receive my tickets to no avail is being refused and the merchants sloppy supposed proof is accepted instead. This is so wrong that the almighty dollar can cause such corruption to happen without penalty.

Consumer Complaint: I hired XXXX XXXX XXXX to move my belongings from XXXX to XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. When my belongings were shipped the container leaked. I received them in XXXX of XXXX and notified XXXX XXXX XXXX when I noticed the damage. They had me fill out a form and take pictures. The claim process took 90 days and it was denied because I didnt take pictures of the containers they were shipped in, which were already off of my property by the time I noticed the damage after unpacking. I called my credit card at that point and asked to file a dispute on a portion of the charge due to not receiving my property in the same condition it was shipped in. The phone rep put me on hold while she talked to someone else then came back on the line and told me I could not file a dispute because I still received all of my belongings. I dont feel I should have to pay for a service where I paid {$7000.00} to have everything I own shipped across the country to have multiple things I own have water damage. If a customer wants to file a dispute on a charge they should be allowed. Period.

For security purposes, we have suspended access to your account. If you have already spoken to us about this, no further action is needed. Here 's what you need to do : Call us at XXXX ( TDD XXXX ) to discuss your account. Make other arrangements for any pending transactions as they likely will be impacted while your account remains frozen. If you were enrolled in XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX to XXXX you may need to reenroll once the freeze is removed from your account. Please log into your account to confirm your settings once your account is no longer frozen. For information on fraud prevention and what we do to keep your account safe, visit our XXXX XXXX. Sincerely, Discover Bank Customer Service I have contacted the bank for information about " unusual activity ''. The Bank Agent verified the transaction but told me that The Bank decided to close my account for business reasons. On that information, i requested to send me my money back. They frozen my account and hold my money XXXX. This unilateral action caused huge financial damage to me and my family. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a confimation email from Discover Bank confirmation about transfer from checking to Savings while account was unilateral closed. When i called about the transfer, They quickly suspend the transfer.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX i send an email to XXXX, and on XX/XX/XXXX, i send an mail to both XXXX and XXXX, that they information that they are publish is incorrect and its damaging my credit history that i will like for them to investigate to information, i told them that i will like them to investigate the information regarding Discover Bank Account XXXX, this banks states that i owe them money on a default credit card that is the reason why they send it to charge off, i ask the three business bureau to ask the discover bank to provide me any documents that they had, that states the account belong to me, such as a contact with my physical signature etc. Unfortunately they were unable to provide me this documentation, on XX/XX/2022 i received a correspondent, that states for further investigation i should fill out the form with my signature. which i believed that the bank is trying to use the form to obtain my signature. 15 U.S.C 681 Section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A section 2 it states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instruction I have attach he letter I mail to them also, the letter I had received back from them

Consumer Complaint: During the months of XXXX to XXXX of 2022, my checking account has been froze on many occurrences due to sending money by using XXXX. As I called the bank and told them I used XXXX a lot to send money and there is no suspicious transactions that they should be worried about, they continue to keep freezing my account whenever I use XXXX through Discover bank. I have talked to so many customer service representatives and the supervisor, they all said that this is for security purposes even if clarify with them all the XXXX transactions are legitimate. Just last week Discover bank froze my account again, I had set up payment toward my credit card, and that caused the payment to be returned even though I have sufficient funds in my checking account. Indirectly, my credit card has closed all my accounts due to the returned payment and over credit limit. The freeze from Discover bank has caused me so many problems with other institutions and nothing can be solved unless I call in to unfroze the account for XXXX transactions but this event last week has caused a lot of stress as my credit score will now be negatively effected. Why is there no call to me prior to freezing or closing my accounts?
