Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to pay the loan off which at the time balance was estimated around 13,000 this lender only accepts payments less than 1,500 at a time I made multiple payments to total XXXX to pay the loan off. They rejected all but 1 payment and returned them without any notification to myself and any valid reason. I under the assumption the loan was paid off called in XXXX to verify only to find out that it was not paid off. I then requested another payoff amount which XX/XX/XXXX I paid again. I called to verify the payments were applied this time and was advised that they now had to refund the extended warranty plan and that would take 2 weeks to be applied of which they would continue to apply daily interest affecting my total payoff. This company gives you a pay off amount valid for that day only when they don't even allow you to pay it off by continuing to apply interest until they get around to applying a rebate.

Consumer Complaint: The company agreed to remove late payments for Covid-19 the months of XXXX and XX/XX/2021 due to severity which was never resolved. In addition, the company also confirmed that an automatic payment method was successfully added to my account. After having doing so, instead a 30 day late payment was reported to all credit bureaus negatively impacting my report. After contacting the company in attempts to resolve the matter the company confirmed admitting that their automatic payment processing had been compromised and that they would resolve this issue and that a new payment company would take over because other customers experienced the same issue. The company failed to notify their customers of the processing issues to begin with resulting in severe negative impact on my report. The reporting from this incident occurred on XX/XX/2021 to credit bureaus .This issue has not been resolved. This is an escalation for removal of ALL late payments. As a sole provider the me and my family are severely impacted and caused damage to my financial reputation.

Consumer Complaint: Despite my previous query letters to your department, the most recent credit report I reviewed indicates that this record is being accounted for incorrectly and inaccurately. This file is used to keep track of various " infringement '' declarations. I don't believe the circumstances surrounding this record are accurate. Ensure that reliable, fair, and comprehensive reporting is done! In order to validate or refute my point, I demand proof that you followed all of the proper and fair procedures.

Consumer Complaint: I had a car with credit acceptance. The car was totaled in a tornado. My insurance paid a portion of the balance and they provided me a settlement. I was 30 days late..I agree with that. I paid the settlement in full and after I paid the full amount they reported to the credit bureau that I was 60 days late. They reported that 3 weeks after I made the final payment.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, I'm submitting this complaint on the behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I XXXX XXXX went down to a car dealership un the XXXX called XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I went down there because I needed a automobile & I had a coupon for {$1500.00} that the dealership put with my down payment of {$1200.00}. I was told I would need a cosigner & I asked my brother XXXX XXXX to be my cosigner & he sad yes & they asked him to send his information to a XXXX XXXX email & he did. XXXX XXXX comes into the mix by saying if you need another cosigner for her I'll give you my information & they put his name down on the intake form. XXXX XXXX the sales guy said that the car we have is a XXXX XXXX XXXX & I was like I prefer the XXXX XXXX he said we will work on that. So the loan officer came back to myself & XXXX XXXX & said this is going to be a 3 person car loan from this company called Credit Acceptance they help ppl with bad credit build it up, so I was like cool we all need to build our credit score. They said to me you can put the insurance on the XXXX XXXX XXXX & I was like what about the XXXX XXXX that's the car I came down here for. They was like you start with this car & in three months you can come back down & refinance the loan & get a different car, but you have to make payments on time. So myself & XXXX XXXX signed the paperwork they gave us & said they will have XXXX XXXX XXXX out to XXXX XXXX & have him sign his papers & after that is done we will mail you the copies. So 3 or 4 weeks passed & the car note bill came in the mail with XXXX XXXX name on it & he was like why is this car in my name I don't have a drivers license or money to make payments or pay the insurance. He calls Credit acceptance and told them what is this he said to them he didn't sign to be owner he signed to be cosigner. They mad XXXX XXXX the owner & my brother XXXX XXXX the cosigner & I wasn't on anything but the registration, insurance & the one making the payments not getting anything they said. I'm mad because the loan officer from Credit Acceptance approved this loan on false pretenses. They said they approved the loan cuz it stated he is self employed as a driver making a extra {$1900.00} a month with out documentation & XXXX submitted to them his SOCIAL SECURITY AWARD LETTER saying he only gets {$800.00} a month. They took my brother XXXX birthday & ss # and forged a signature & signed it as XXXX XXXX. The loan company didn't verify any information that was sent to them from XXXX XXXX XXXX I blame them cause nothing adds up & that loan shouldn't have happen. They refuse to address the issue all they can say is you signed it so deal with it.But they approved it and didn't verify anything so that makes them at fault also. I'm gon na send some documents that can support some fraudulent actives

Consumer Complaint: I obtained an account with credit acceptance back in XXXX. Unfortunately, the vehicle got repossessed. Earlier this year, I contacted them to settle my debt. We agreed on a set amount and they agreed to be removed and deleted off of my credit report and also send me the discharge of lien info proving that I paid my loan off. Ive been trying since XX/XX/XXXX to get them removed from my credit report. Each time I dispute, it says that the info on my report is correct according to them. This last time, I actually called them to see what the issue was. They informed me I needed to download a dispute form and mail it in to their credit department. And so I did. I waited about 16 days and received an update via email stating that they are not removing themselves from my report and that drop my credit score 20 pts! Im so hurt I want to cry
