Consumer Complaint: I am making a complaint on this company because I have reached out to them several times to no avail. My first issue with this company is that they're reporting late payments to the credit bureau that do not make sense. They're stating that I was 30 days late 2 times, 60 days late 2 times, and 90 days late 12 times. This is incorrect information. I have asked for documents countless times. This is also incorrect reporting, how can I be 90 days late on something 12 times but not 30 or 60 days late 12 times. They're causing me XXXX XXXX XXXX with this incorrect information they are reporting to the credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I have always made on time payments with credit acceptance up until COVID. Yes we did get a grievance period up until XXXX of XXXX but I am still being impacted by COVID due to my health and other around me still recovering both physically and financially. XXXX refuses to remove late payment for XXXX and XXXX. Them not removing late payments is impacting my credit score and now I am unable to get a home or a place to stay. We lost everything including a home. I believe especially during these times that credit acceptance should try to help others as people are still struggling to recover from the devastation COVID has caused.
