Consumer Complaint: I'm requesting that Executive Leadership at Credit Acceptance Corp review this complaint and I'm seeking that an EL Team official respond to this issue. This Auto Loan account was opened XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The account was charged off and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was the debt collector ( Exhibit Letter XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ) and the case was dismissed. The account has been charged off. A debt collector collected the debt and documented that the account has been satisfied paid in full. I requested through XXXX for the 7 plus year old charged off debt paid in full to a debt collector be removed from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Credit Acceptance Corp has did opposite of that and it is clear. How can this be explained that now I have a balance of {$3900.00}, from an 7 plus year old account that was charge off for Credit Acceptance Corp tax purposes that was paid in full to the debt collector and I now have a balance of {$3900.00}, because I have filed numerous complaints with CFPB regarding this issue and requested through XXXX to have this item removed because it is affecting my XXXX score. I have been trying to resolved this issue to have this 7 year old charge off debt paid in full removed from my credit file and now with this new information that I owe my XXXX score has decreased.

Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX am a living breathing man created by God. I hereby in Good Faith am pursuing my right to 15 U.S.C 1635 A ( f ) to Rescind this transaction with XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX. Amongst the several violations found within this transaction I was not disclosed my right to rescind which is an obligation required under this section together with the statement containing the material disclosures required under the sub chapter. XXXXheyre also obligated to clearly and conspicuously disclose this information in which they have failed to do so. I am rescinding this transaction as I have been deceived and manipulated into making payments even though the Finance Charge in pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1605 clearly states that A Finance Charge is the sum of ALL charges which also includes the insurance. They deceived me and made me purchase an outside third party insurance as well which is included in the XXXXinance Charge with interest. More proof that I was mislead and misinformed. Im exercising my God given rights and my right to rescind this fraudulent contract as there are many violations within the Truth-In-Lending disclosure ( TILA ) and Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) as Ive never given anyone permissible purpose to furnish any of this information being reported on my Consumer Report.

Consumer Complaint: I had got a vehicle in out town Delaware, which the dealer was credit acceptance. I have purchased a vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX your contract was a little sketchy. They miss use my down payment by putting {$18000.00} that I put down for down payment knowing that I did not have XXXX I put down XXXX because of my credit score was XXXX at the time, when I XXXX XXXX to my second child, they came and repossessed my car because I was behind XXXXne month I stated to credit acceptance that was unlegally to repo someone car for a month! I wind up giving them XXXX to get my car. I had to go to XXXX New Jersey to pick my car up, They said I would have to keep up with the payments which the monthly payments with {$470.00} every month due to hard times, I had lose my job but continuing making payments here an there so they wont repossess my car again. They had my old address on the old contract which it was in XXXX New Jersey someway they wind up finding out about my new address which I never told them about the new address that I was at but still was making payments here and there yesterday they came while I was at work and repossessed the car without no email stating that my car was getting repossessed, I called the company. The company told me if I come up with {$700.00} that they will release the vehicle that I owe XXXX. I spoke to the company of last year that they agreement with me was to pay XXXX every XXXX week. My last XXXX payments of this year was in XX/XX/XXXX. This company has me in a fraudulent contract and was charge me with a high XXXX 18 % which the state of New Jersey doesnt have that high rate. They are being sued by the New York attorney for the fraudulent contacts they are putting their clients in.

Clearly states that I have the right to privacy. 15 US.C 1691 Section 604 A Section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not fumish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 16668 : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Remove these late payment and update this account immediately as you are in direct violation of several laws under The Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen in 2018. The individual that committed this crime apparently purchased a vehicle from Credit Acceptance Corp. The individual XXXX XXXX pled XXXX and went to XXXX. I have submitted all police reports regarding this crime to this company that I know nothing about. The Contract that Credit Acceptance Corp produced does not have my signature anywhere on it. It has my SS # wrong, my date of birth wrong, my address wrong, my name wrong, and my employment wrong. My attorney has written them habitually, however, IT IS STILL ON MY CREDIT REPORT! Due to this Company, my interest rates are higher for my vehicles and credit cards, can't obtain financing for a home. I have submitted the Federal ID Theft Documents, Police Report, and case number to both XXXX on 4 different occasions and XXXX AND CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORP will NOT REMOVE IT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX, I was involved in an automobile accident. This accident was in the state of North Carolina where I hydroplaned from bad weather conditions. Due to this event, it lead me to hardship because that was my only vehicle I had in the in state. I was involved in a subrogation between XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. I purchased gap coverage insurance at the time I got the vehicle. To my knowledge, I had full coverage and the vehicle was deemed as a total loss. The vehicle was seized by the insurance company and their was no offer to settle of any. XXXX XXXX has not contacted me. Even though I have wrote several letters dating to this year on XX/XX/XXXX about the matter. They still continue to damage my credit and report falsely with balances that should not be owed. This company obligations to uphold the federal law for reporting has failed in my eyes.
