Consumer Complaint: I contacted the collection agency Covergent Outsourcing and XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to report that several fraudulent accounts ( amts {$420.00} & {$530.00} which either appear on my credit report or on their systems do not belong to me. I notified these entities that I am a victim of identity- theft and that the information that they have on file does not relate to any transactions I have made. The addresses that they also have associated with these accounts are not addresses that I recide at nor have I ever recited at. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information therefore the utility company should have never established these fraudulent accounts. I requested for an investigation to be completed and for these negative items to be removed from the collection agency records and my credit report. An agent by the name of XXXX from XXXX XXXX opened several fraud dispute cases for me on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told by XXXX XXXX that they would be Investigating these fraudulent accounts in addition to getting them removed from my credit report and the collection agency. I was also told by XXXX at XXXX XXXX that someone from their dispute department would be contacting me. I have not been contacted by either entity as of XX/XX/XXXX. This item still appears on my credit report without any resolution. On XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX all three credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) were notified that my identity had been stolen. I filed several disputes to correct and remove - names, addresses and collection debt items from my credit report that do not belong to me. I requested a freeze to placed on my credit report and fraud alerts have been placed as well. Once again, I did not give anyone authorization or consent for them to use my personal information. I am a victim of identity-theft and I am disputing these fraudulent accounts that either appears on my credit reports, Covergent Outsourcing and/or at XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: The Bureaus stated they investigated my report correctly and accurately which is inaccurate because for all of these accounts listed below i never gave any of them written instruction to furnish anything on my report also i have the right to privacy this grounds for removal. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 2 : the law clearly states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without, y written instructions. I havent given these accounts permission to furnish these accounts on my report. 15 U.S.C 1681e ( 5 ) information disputed by a consumer, if this information is investigated and still inaccurate it shall be removed by consumer reporting agency 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 a section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. ALSO THE REPORTING AGENCIES/ DEBT COLLECTORS/BUREAUS OBTAINED PERSONAL INFORMATION ILLEGALLY BECAUSE I NEVER DID IT THIS IS ALSO A DIRECT VIOLATION OF MY CONSUMER RIGHTS. Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2022 i sent a debt validation letter to convergent in reference to a debt that the company claimed that i owed. on XX/XX/2022 convergent responded back to me with documents of billing ledgers with balances different from the amount in which they claim that i owed. the cover letter states that i owe XXXX but after reviewing the documents there was not a single paper that proved that i owed this amount. convergent is falsely reporting this information to my credit reports which is hindering my score and credit worthiness.

Consumer Complaint: I called numerous of times over a year period regarding XXXX performance of the cell phone as well as billing issues. I filled out complaints with the XXXX in regards to the numerous of times of billing errors and poor call performance. After speaking with an executive team the contract was supposed to be terminated. After several months I received an email for the return of the device for {$140.00}. This was not the agreed upon resolution by the merchant so I tried to contact the representative again. At that time they had transferred the account to Convergent Outsourcing , Inc . I contacted Convergent to let them know this is not a debt and provided them with the email showing of the debt in question was {$140.00} and not {$570.00} as they had suggested. XXXX which I believe is owned by XXXX through a recent merger and Convergent has ignored all attempts to resolve the issue and has continually reported negative collection balance of {$520.00} on my credit report as recent as XX/XX/2022. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I have copies of complaints with the XXXX, emails, and phone logs for your examination.

Consumer Complaint: I called the Company in XXXX. I first contacted XXXX XXXX in which i was able to find out my last account with them was in XXXX and nothing since that time. I have not had service with team mobile over 14 years. further investigation team mobile has not been on my account per credit reporting for over 7 years. The company who obviously bought the debt is claiming this is a new debt as of XXXX. I have not received a original bill from them nor have I received anything in the mail pertaining to this debt they claim i owe. I called them and i requested information and i also informed the company this is a XXXX XXXX XXXX debt and per my rights and the fair credit reporting act this needs to come off my credit or a ful original documentation of the so called owed bill needs to be sent to me in its original form with accurate dates.this report as i look back in my credit reports have not been on my report for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX nor XXXX till XXXX. it creadit a negative impact at the time of purchasing a home, if this does not come off i will contact my attorney and follow pursuit in this matter, i am allowed a investigation in the matter free of chart per the fair credit act, this violates my rights in the XXXX to XXXX reporting I have also called XXXX XXXX again for a report of my statement at of XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX if this again is not corrected i will pursue further actions
