I've never signed nor had any contract with these companies. These companies need to provide a signed contract between myself and them. These collections need to be removed immediately. I have contacted the debtors by mail and online to disputed these inaccuracies and have them deleted. The Tila law and the USC code by reporting inaccurate information on my credit report without contacting me first.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 spoke to representative XXXX XXXX in regards to the convergent account # XXXX. I settled the XXXX debt of {$420.00} with an agreed upon reduced payment of {$210.00}. This representative told me the collection would no longer report on my credit reports. This is affecting my credit score and my credit worthiness. I have asked this company multiple time to handle this issue and take the account off my report. It is still reporting as a negative on my credit reports. I am asking this be taken off my credit report in FULL as agreed upon by Convergent Outsourcing.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I called Convergent Outsourcing and the agent and I agreed upon an amount to satisfy a collection from XXXX XXXX. I paid the amount agreed upon ( {$330.00} ) via credit card immediately and received a confirmation number of XXXX and a promise of a letter stating that I had paid the account in full and that the collection was closed and satisfied. When I hadnt received a letter or email, I called back on XX/XX/2023 and was told that while there were notations on the account saying we had reached an agreement and that payment had been made, it had not processed their systems and could I send a screenshot of my account showing where the exact amount was debited. I did as asked and sent it to the email address given to me, XXXX, along with the account number I was given. As it is now XX/XX/2023 and I have not received proof ( and this is delaying my mortgage pre approval ) I called again today and spoke to a supervisor who said they had done their part, that XXXX XXXX now needed to process the payment and let them know it was taken care of. When I told him that I had paid them, not dish, he reiterated that their part was done and it was on dish now. I called XXXX and the agent I spoke with said that once the debt passes to a collection agency, it is out of their purview and that the problem was on Convergent. I explained to the agent that yes, I did pay convergent over the phone, but my bank statement says that the payment of {$330.00} was processed by XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023 so they should have record as well. She stated again that the collection agency was at fault. At this point, I dont care who dropped the ball, I paid the amount requested immediately, I sent my confirmation number and the screenshot of my statement showing the amount was debited and to whom it went and now all I want is this taken care of and removed from my credit report so that I may continue with my mortgage.

Consumer Complaint: After recently noticing an account in Collections on my credit report from Convergent Outsourcing, I contacted them to obtain more information on XX/XX/XXXX. I informed that I was disputing the account as I did not have any information and requested information to verify the debt. After not receiving any correspondence, I contacted them again on XX/XX/XXXX to confirm they had the correct mailing address and email address and requested the info also be sent via email to expedite. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted the company twice, spoke to a representative named " XXXX '', verified my name and full SSN. I informed her of the reason for my call. However, she declined to assist me or transfer me to the appropriate department because I was unable to provide the amount due on the account and disconnected the line both times. During that interaction, I offered to verify me by other information. Later in the day, I contacted Convergent again, and spoke with a representative and requested for this account to be deleted and from my credit report because they failed to provide any information within 30 days per the The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. The representative eventually transferred me to a supervisor named " XXXX '', I again explained the details in which he informed me the account would not be deleted until the account was paid in full. He also stated if I wanted more info I could call the original creditor. I explained to him, I am contacting them directly because they are the company who is reporting to the credit bureau and they are required to provide the requested information. I inquired about any validation information that was sent to me by them, in which he informed me a letter was sent to an address that I was not associated with and emailed to me ( confirming my correct email ). I advised that I am not associated with that address and I also provided my correct address and email when I initially spoke with them in XXXX. Why was it sent there. Additionally, he provided dates in which I searched all my email " folders '' and no email was received by Convergent.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX sent me bill dated XX/XX/2023. They took an automatic payment ( XX/XX/2023 ), from my bank acct on XX/XX/2023 for 2 Cell phones. The amount taken was {$140.00}. This was a reg. payment just before I moved. I moved to XXXX on XX/XX/2023 with the number ending in # XXXX and moved the # XXXX number by XX/XX/2023 from XXXX to XXXX. Start move date to XXXX was XX/XX/2023 and last move date was XXXX. By XX/XX/2023 I was mailed a collections bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Called XXXX today ( XX/XX/2023 ) but they would give any info on the past account because I need a XXXX XXXX with XXXX digits. I do not have this XXXX Code so they said I need to go into the store to reset the pass code. I told them do to the pass experiences I was not going in their stores. The female said I can't help you with any info. I said I have an account number on this bill, she said no can't use the acct #, I have the ( 2 ) transfer pin & transfer codes but she said I need you to go into the store to get a pass code on your account. I said, I can't go into the store and don't know what pin you are taking about. She did not even want the security questions answered...... okay ... Called the called the Collections company. # 1 ) the collections company gave me the itemized amounts of why they are charging XXXX # XXXX ) # XXXX ) XXXX needs to send me the proof that I owe {$340.00} because they got my account from XXXX plus XXXX has been over charging me for more than 2 years. # 3 ) XXXX owes me money due to many factors # 3 ) itemize why I owe {$340.00} when my account was moved to XXXX XX/XX/2023 XXXX # 4 ) I went in XXXX store in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX a ( less expensive secondary phone ( about 2 years ago ) paid for the phone in full About {$200.00} w/o tax ( # at that time was XXXX ) model # XXXX, XXXX # XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX. The person said she was a XXXX, took my debt payment but when the bill came out I was charged about {$35.00} a month for XXXX years. No one would help me with this over charge ( for the phone ) on my bill about. There was monthly billing charge and insurance charge. Please send me the itemize charges for # XXXX plus the itemize docs when the cell number was changed to XXXX. These over ( on the secondary # ) charges is one of the main reason I left XXXX. # 5 ) Don't like dealing with crooks. Again XXXX owes me hundreds of dollars. I wish the CFPB knowledge and assistance had been available to me sooner. I am a senior and will not be a financial victim any longer!!!

I brought the matter to the CFPB and it was removed from my credit report. Now they are at it again. My credit score has improved and if they are allowed to introduced this again my score will be tanked again and it will set me back a second time for many months, even years.

Consumer Complaint: I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v Gravens ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. In a good faith effort to resolve this matter amicably, I demand for proof of the debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature in wet ink, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must terminate this collection action and correct any erroneous reports of this debt as mine. For the record, I state again that as I have no account with you, nor am I your customer, nor have I entered into a contract with you, I must ask for the following information : 1 ) Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) 15 USC 1692 ( f ) and USC 1692 ( g ) in this alleged matter. Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from convergent outsourcing solutions about a bill I owed to dish network. This was not on my credit report either. I called and settled the debt for half of what was owed since they couldn't verify why an extra XXXX dollars was added to the debt with them before the deadline they provided. I had noticed my account showed I hadn't paid so I called back and they said they had been having problems processing payments. Was instructed to go to XXXX XXXX website while on phone and pay there which I did and I specifically made clear that this wouldn't go on report since I have paid. It is now on my credit report currently and they company keeps calling me about this debt and once I'm on the phone they realize I had settled and say they will let a supervisor know and everything is taken care of. I'm getting harassed by phone calls for a debt that is paid and they are fraudulently report this on my credit and nobody I've talked to there seems to care. They just keep saying they let their supervisor know and nothing is getting done.
