Consumer Complaint: I have contacted these companies multiple occasions. As told by my realtor, this is making it very difficult for me to purchase a home for my children. These companies are in direct violation and I am seeking legal action. 15 U.S. Code $ 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! Under, 15 U.S Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAl Cubiect to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report ur following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. Consumer Complaint: This is an ongoing frustrating situation where your company COI keeps falsifying information that I am not aware of m. You state, XXXX XXXX. : R- XXXX XXXX Account XXXX. : XXXX On XX/XX/2021, you made a payment in the amount of {$540.00} with the agreement that this would resolve the account balance in our office. In response to your complaint, your account remains closed in our office as resolved. If you have any further inquiries regarding this matter, you may contact XXXX directly. In addition, please be advised that COI have contacted the credit bureaus, with which we do business, with our request to update our listing of the above account on your credit profile as paid less than the balance owed. COI can not affect a change to how the creditor or any other company may have listed the account on your credit profile. Enclosed please find a copy of an account payment history with our office for the above account. Should there be a discrepancy, kindly contact us. Currently I have multiple accounts with XXXX and personal and business accounts receiving cellphone services and there is no record of what you keep reporting on my credit report. I have asked you to verify this information of three times within the past 1 year with all written and signed initial contracts and you failed to present them. I am requesting you remove this impediment from my consumer credit report and cease from contacting me about this issue.

Consumer Complaint: I have reported identity thief due to lost of ID and Social security card and rerouting of mail. I reported it to the FTC more than once and my credit is not being protected. XXXX until XXXX I still have someone applying and paying credit in my name. I have attempted several times to inform the credit reporting agencies, of this issue in which in return they have told me my social name and address was to to create the profile. I also provided the FTC report in return they told me was not vaild, now i have several debts on my credit report that does not belong to myself. In return I only own 2 credit cards which belongs to the company XXXX XXXX. The credit freezes on my credit report is not being use as the attempts are still being made to apply for credit by the unknown persons.
