Consumer Complaint: The issuer of the visa credit / debit card is Coinbase Inc. ( which is tied to the XXXX Coinbase exchange ). Coinbase card acts as a debit card so you essentially need to pre pay the card by funding your Coinbase card account. I was heavily using my account because Coinbase offers crypto as a reward for using the card. A couple of months ago, I was informed by Coinbase that my card was deactivated because I violated the terms of service. I contacted Coinbase and after several days they reinstated the account but did not explain to me what triggered the deactivation. A few days ago - they did the same thing. They claimed that a charge I made on XX/XX/2022 for a bill from a XXXX law firm violated their terms- but again did not state what term I violated. I have called customer service several times and submitted several emails asking what term did the charge violate. Each time they only responded that I violated the terms of service with no explanation. Their customer service team is somewhere in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and is very unhelpful. Prior to the above charge, I had made at least XXXX prior charges with the card with the same law firm. I suspect that because I was earning a lot in rewards from use of the card that they just made up an excuse to deactivate my card. Given the recent events in the crypto space, I would appreciate you investigating Coinbase and their card practices. If I violated their terms of service, they need to explain what I did. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I have been severely financially impacted as a result of Coinbase refusing to return the {$30000.00} XXXX tokens to me. On several occasions I have shared my frustration with Coinbase customer service only to be denied my request for a refund. They convey XXXX empathy or compassion for my situation for such a large organization. Coinbase has the ability to return the {$30000.00} which is currently sitting in XXXX. I've even offered to pay a fee for the return only to be once again denied.I am very disappointed in Coinbase 's response to the inquiry which will only discourage other customers from conducting business with them including myself. Unfortunately, I'm not the only victim for a case like this as many other people have experienced the same problem with XXXX resolution from Coinbase. It breaks my XXXX that I don't have this money as it was going to be used for a downpayment on a house for my family. Now we're stuck in this tiny apartment until we can build up enough funds to purchase a home. Please help me as we have all suffered from this misfortune from Coinbase.

They would like my local law enforcement to work with them to do a criminal investigation, but my local law enforcement does not investigate financial crimes.
