Today XX/XX/21 they changed the price causing me to lose money. They incorrectly charged me an inflated price and now theyre pocketing the difference many people and I paid. I purchased around {$800.00} worth of the coin and after they changed the value my value dropped to about {$85.00}. Completely scammed and that money is being pocketed by them.

Lost {$2000.00} worth of money and assets because they claim to have had a server issue. I gave them transfer ID from my Bank still my account is locked unable to touch assets and money was taken from my Bank. It's one thing to be robbed by a poor person, entirely worse when it's a corporate multi million dollar organization. I don't know what to do CoinBase customer support wont help and they claim to have no record yet they took the money out of my BANK..

Consumer Complaint: This has to deal with the company Coinbase. I have over {$600.00} in an account which was hacked. When someone was trying to change my password in XX/XX/2021 i reached out to the Coinbase team and noted the issue. They did nothing and over weeks the hacker still was trying to change the password. I was receiving text messages saying my password was trying to be changed and again alerted the Coinbase Team with no response. Weeks later the hacker finally got through and changed the phone number on my account and i was locked out of my account. The Coinbase team FINALLY responded and " locked '' the account over the past month i have been emailing and calling to try to get back into the account to see where the money is but nothing. I have made 3 NEW accounts ( requested by them ) uploading photos, documents, and videos of me proving this is my account. BUT STILL NOT ALLOWED ACCESS. I has now been 2 weeks since i last heard from them and i follow up Everyday with no response. this needs to be fixed and they need to be accountable it is truly awful service.
