Consumer Complaint: I keep receiving debt collection calls and letters for a debt that was charged off and collected almost 20 years ago. XXXX XXXX XXXX was the original creditor, who repossessed a vehicle and sold it at auction. The original creditor sold the vehicle at a price that covered the whole balance owed. The harassing debt collector is Jefferson Capital Systems LLC. I have contacted them and have tried several times to stop the harassing, but I am still getting harassed with calls and letters for debt from 20 years ago. Jefferson Capital Systems LLC is in violation of statute of limitations. I am considering filing a lawsuit against Jefferson Capital Systems LLC for harassment.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I have Requested That this Collection Company several times please stop Harrassment And please stop calling me and sending me Letters in my mailbox. I have Already contacted my Creditors All 3 and have had this Company stopped from Attempting to take Money from me over matters that Have been long past statute of limitations and This Jefferson Capital Attempted to Lure me into Payments that have been settled And long past paid wrote off. Unfortunately this particular company Would refuse to Tell me who they were and what they were trying to collect from me As I was concerned in regards to Many stories of Credit theft and identity theft, I immediately contacted the creditors XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to Have this company Be Removed due to Shady and misinformation and lack of any Information in regards to The debt they were harassing me about. ALL THREE Creditors Have Long ago Concluded ans closes this Company and is Nolonger on my reports and has not been for some time. I have asked this company several times to STOP calling me texting me and mailing me as I am XXXX and I have a very aggressive form of XXXX XXXX and with XXXX XXXX XXXX The XXXX Causes me to XXXX XXXX XXXX I currently am taking XXXX at the XXXX center and this XXXX has gotten me absolutely XXXX my neurologist has already had to write letters in regards to other situations that they Be XXXX free environments that contribute to more XXXX XXXX. At this point I am Going to fike a law suite for This due to their absolute careless Concern for My health as I've already had discussions about with this company. Please help me to end this harassment that has gotten extremely out of hand at the hands of this Jefferson Capital. Consumer Complaint: I got my cell phone connection with XXXX ( Account # XXXX ) in XX/XX/2019. As part of the deal I was supposed to get a {$150.00} gift card, which I never received. I closed the account in XX/XX/2019. I was retroactively billed for {$150.00} gift card. I reached out to XXXX, who assured that they will investigate. I explained them that if investigation concludes that I never received/used the initial {$150.00} gift card, then they can cancel off the charges. Instead I was told, if that's the case they can not cancel the charges since the rewards department and billing department are separate.Instead, I would be issued a new {$150.00} gift card by the rewards department, I can then call the billing department and use the new {$150.00} gift card to pay back the outstanding bill. They never returned back to me with the results from their investigation. Instead, they keep reaching out to different debt collectors ( 4 different debt collection agencies so far ) and continue to harass me to pay for the gift card. They have also got these charges listed on my credit report/credit history. I have tried to get this issue investigated through XXXX, XXXX and XXXX but XXXX keeps changing debt collector agencies ( most recent one being Jefferson.
