Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/XXXX, having the good faith belief that the small amount of information I received from the plaintiff '' ( Jefferson Capital Systems ) '' and plaintiff 's attorney ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) ; might be accurate. I spoken with plaintiff and plaintiff attorney about reducing the debt amount from XXXX to what I agreed to the creditor '' ( XXXX ) '' in XX/XX/XXXX, for the amount of {$300.00} on a {$500.00} balance before class action lawsuit that was filed in XXXX, Ga for their predatory banking lending practices. I never received any notification so I assumed that my account was dissolved in the class action lawsuit, until I received correspondence from Jefferson Capital Systems stating they were suing me for a debt they claim to have rights to collect. When I reached out to plaintiff and plaintiff attorney upon receiving correspondence of a summon to resolve matter of debt in the amount of {$300.00}, neither was willing to work out anything based on the terms that was already presented to me by XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I am an XXXX XXXX XXXX member. I left the state of New Mexico in XXXX of XXXX. Prior to leaving I went to XXXX XXXX with a copy of my orders to an XXXX XXXX XXXX in order to cancel my plan. I was informed that due to being on orders that I would not be responsible for paying the early termination fee on the account. A couple months in to my XXXX XXXX, I noticed that I was still being charged monthly for service. I called XXXX, they zeroed the account so that I did not owe them and told me they were closing the account. From XXXX I XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and began receiving collections notices. I tried contacting the initial collection agency with no luck, since then it has changed to several different agencies, one seeking more saying it was interest, the most recent saying I owed I believe {$340.00}.
