Consumer Complaint: I had an auto loan a very ling time ago with XXXX XXXX XXXX. The loan went into default & was charged off. It remained on my credit report for 7 years & was then deleted. There was never a collection agency that picked this debt up. Just recently on XX/XX/21, this shows up on my credit report as delinquent & in collections by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had never heard from these fokks before. I called them & they explained they purchased the debt from XXXX. I advised this was charged off & was already deleted from credit report. They refuse to delete & threatened legal action. I then contacted XXXX. They confirmed they never sold this account to this company. I looked up reviews for XXXX XXXX & I see where they have done this to several others. They dig up old accounts & try to collect on them. They have reported to all 3 credit bureuas and my scores have dropped tremendously. I do not understand how a debt that was deleted from my credit report because it had already been on there 7 years can be added back. Also, I have never ever heard from these people. Seems like a company scheming to get money. I can search for my old credit reports that show the original account. This company needs to show where they purchased this account, show proof they communicated with me, & also show proof of the original creditor. They will not have this info. I need this item rwmoved from my credit report immediately!

Upon further research, the account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Debtor 's creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was NO written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it belongs to me. According to the FCRA, XXXX XXXX has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a account with ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX ( Original creditor ) back in XX/XX/16. I was told my bill by sales rep that my bill would be would be {$160.00}. per month give or take a dollar. Got my first bill which was over {$400.00}. Went back to store spoke with the same guy and he stated its high due to being prorated, so I paid him cash. I asked if my next bill would be what he originally quoted he stated yes. So I get the next bill and it was even higher. Went back to the store and was told he was no longer there I tried many times to resolve this issue and wanted to return the 2 phones and was told that they could not do that. Paid my bill and left. I tried to get the main MGR on the phone and was repeatedly told he was in a meeting. I went to an actual XXXX store in XXXX, MD and was told that they could only help if I brought the plan through them and that the store I dealt with was a franchise and would have to deal with them. I closed my account on or about XX/XX/16. Checked my credit a few months later and saw that they put it on as a collection. Every time I get this resolved it pops back up again.The 2nd one is Jefferson Capitol Systems was the next, then now its XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It keeps getting sold and sold and I have explained it till I was blue in the face. I cant seem to win. I have only the above ( Jefferson Capitol on my credit but I am sure XXXX will pop up soon.. I am trying to get this removed but to no avail. Jefferson keeps stating that they are the original creditor and restarting the battle all over. Any help is appreciated.

Specifically, you failed to validate a debt at my request, which is a FDCPA violation and you continued to report a disputed debt to the Credit Bureaus : another FCRA violation.
