Consumer Complaint: Jeffersons Capital Systems garnished my payment without any notice or a heads up before the process continues. I personally wanted to settle the debt but they knowingly sent the court papers to the wrong address. I specifically said KNOWINGLY because they came to serve me at my current address, the previous address is not my residence. On XX/XX/XXXX I started noticing that my paycheck was being garnished without any knowledge or notice, so i called Jeffersons capital system and wanted to settle the debt. On XX/XX/XXXX we agreed that if i pay and make half of the payment they would initially stop the garnishment, its XX/XX/XXXX now and my wages is still being garnished. I've called and i gave them my work fax number for them to send the judgement to stop the garnishment. They have not done so. XXXX the manager there and XXXX as well lied and say that they would try to fax it as soon as possible but my job still has not received any mail or fax regarding this matter. I have satisfy the amount owed and more but they have not send my job the final judgement yet. I cant pay my bills, my son needs school clothes and materials to start the year. I don't have any funds left.

They are collecting for XXXX XXXX. I had XXXX at one point but I was unhappy with their service and returned everything and discontinued services with them. I was not told I had a remaining balance, I was never called by them because I did not owe them anything. I have no idea where this came from and it needs to be removed.

Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to get some proof of this account that is being reported as a derogatory on my credit report by Jefferson Capital System, I have sent certified letters on XX/XX/2021 which I have included proof that they received on XX/XX/2021 but I still have not received a response from them, I reported this dispute to the credit bureaus and it was removed only to be put back on my credit report the following month without providing me any sort of proof that this debt belongs to me which I assure you does not belong to me, I have been with XXXX XXXX for over six years so I would not need the services of XXXX. I am requesting a copy of a drivers license, signature, copy of a contract, or anything that I could use to prove this is not my debt.
