Consumer Complaint: XXXX, I unfortunately am not pleased with the response of Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC. regarding my request for debt validation under 15 USC 1692g. I requested this information XX/XX/22 and they received the request XX/XX/22 through certified mail. They promptly responded XX/XX/22 with false and deceptive information. This false and deceptive information was they sent a deceptive form of a statement from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX basically as their " verification '' that I allegedly owed Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC. for this alleged debt of {$530.00}. They also went on to say that since this deceptive form " verified '' not validated the alleged debt, they will continue to furnish this information to my consumer reports as long as the law permitted. They also said basically they would sue me for the debt, but since it was outside of the statue of limitations to sue, they cant. This I found to be abusive language as they tried to assert a power they never had. To also continue to willingly provide FALSE and INVALIDATED information to my consumer reports is abusive and misleading and also a defamation to my character as a consumer. The way that Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC. treated me and my requests willingly and knowingly was unlawful and violating to me under 15 USC 1692d, using obscene and profane language which abused me as the reader stating false information of alleged debt collection as well as implicating they would have the right to sue me if it wasn't for the statue of limitations to sue someone on a debt. 15 USC 1692e, providing misleading and false representation of the alleged debt and the legal transfer of the alleged debt from XXXX XXXX to Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC., using deceptive means to attempt to collect the alleged debt from me, also the false implication that Jefferson Capital Systems could've sued me for the alleged debt implicating I committed a crime, 15 USC 1692f, by attempting to collect the alleged debt in its entirety without any authorization or agreement which created the alleged debt. 15 USC 1692g as not providing any validation of the alleged debt which I asked for in writing. 15 USC 1692j, as they furnished to me a deceptive form of a statement from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX to create a false belief that the alleged debt was validated for Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC. to collect this alleged debt from me. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692k, I am demanding civil liability for these knowingly enacted violations of the law against me from Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC. which they " respectfully declined '' to acknowledge or accept as a result of their unlawful practices against me as the consumer. I would like it to go on the record that due to the unlawful acts committed by Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC. they have hindered my progress in life to be able to leverage my credit as a result of their furnishing of false information to my consumer reports.

They illegitimately reappear on your credit report if it's acquired by a debt buyer or collection agency that then reports the debt even though it's more than seven years old. This is past the statute of limitations, meaning it's too old to remain on your credit report.

Consumer Complaint: The chargeoff date of this XXXXXXXX XXXX debt was XX/XX/2018. I complained to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was supposed to buy out contract when i switched carriers and XXXX claims they never got the funds. I told governor XXXX XXXX, the XXXX, the cfpb, attorney generals in 2 states, both XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX corporate as well. The amounts they never explained properly and i dont think followed fair debt collections practices out. Farthermore I am impacted by covid19. Please remove this misreporting from my credit report and all systems. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and jefferson Capital systems , llc are harassing me. Please tell them to cease mailings and send me a letter saying the debt is no longer old. Note i can not speak on phone due to my disability. The XXXX was also notified. Please answer in writing asap. Thank you.
