Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I opened a Citi high rate savings account with tiered bonus offer in response to an online offer I received. I deposited {$51000.00} and received a confirmation email from Citi thanking me for enrolling and outlining the terms of the bonus offer. If over XXXX was deposited and held for XXXX days, I would receive a {$450.00} bonus. The funds have remained on deposit since opening. I have inquired at least 4 times about the bonus offer, filed a dispute, an appeal, to no avail.

I have sent a letter to them asking for a XXXX as this account was charged off/ meaning I no longer owe them. Per section 15 us code 1681b, they need permission to report this to my credit report. I have never give Macy 's permission to report anything to my credit. This account is closed and they have already been paid. I am requesting this chargeoff be deleted from my credit report.

Citi is still denying my application. At this time I feel like I'm blacklisted or being profiled.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 SHELL ( Citibank / Citgroup ) closed my long time account because XXXX, XXXX and XXXX have not fixed a problem of reporting erroneous information on my Credit File regarding to my XXXX XXXX They are re-aging the code of reaffirmation of debt due to bankruptcy on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. As a result of this error, which I have disputed multiple times, Shell Closed my card negatively affecting my credit on an error by the 3 CRAs. I have contacted the 3 bureaus about the mess and have filed complaints with CFPB, and the bureaus have failed to resolve this issue which is an error in reporting. SHELL based their decision on what the bureaus are erroneously reporting which is a violation of my rights under the FCRA.
