Consumer Complaint: Capital One is reporting a repossessed auto loan on my reports that I have been disputing with them for over a year now. I sent them request for all documents concerning this debt and they provided documents concerning this account ; HOWEVER they did not include the Explanation of Deficiency which details how much the car was sold for as well as all fees that calculated to the balance they say I owe. Capital One is very aware that this form is required by law and has failed to provide all documents as requested and sufficient proof concerning this debt. I am demanding that this account is deleted from my reports now or I have no choice but to take further action as well as take this matter to court and request monetary damages for violating my rights and defamation.

The Deposit of {$750.00} was sent to Capital One in Check Form from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I never received any credit card from Capital One Bank just a run around as to what the status of the account was. My personal banker at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX confirmed that Capital One Cashed my {$750.00} Check. I was then told in XX/XX/2022 that Capital One had closed my account due to they felt that I was a fraud. I want to go on record that I have deposit accounts also with Capital One and this credit account is still showing on my account ( Capital One Application ) as restricted with {$750.00} in it. I have reported this to problem to the Executive Office of XXXX XXXX and various other Managers at Capital One and still have not received a refund of my {$750.00}. Consumer Complaint: Capital One Credit Card company constantly sends me pre approval prequalification letters. When i go to apply i am being denied each tike because of violation with a previous account. So i have touched base with Capital Ones CEO office who confirmed they can not validate the account was mine and the information would be removed in 30 days. They never removed the information apparently. Then i get a call from the executive office claiming they did an internal investigation and saw an account in relation to me. I explained i supplied many FTC identity reports and police reports regarding my identity theft. they refused to supply me with investigation findings and the rep stated the information i provided him does not match the 2016 account created. I stated i was under age in 2016 and could not have possibly gotten a credit card. This accounts has never been populated on my credit reports. No inquiries ever from 2016. I have been promised to have this cleared up and they are refusing to clear it up. They have sold the account and the company they claim to have sold it to claims they could not validate the account was ever mine so they were forced to delete the account. Capital One is violating my consumer rights. They are not following up in 30 days they are not supplying me with investigation findings, they do not have my signature, my identification, my correct address, my consent. I HAVE NEVER HAD A CAPITAL ONE ACCOUNT AND NEVER PROVIDED A CAPITAL ONE STATEMENT.

Consumer Complaint: Today I went into my banking app to see how much I received from my paycheck, only to find out that Capital One closed my checking account without my authorization or any notice whatsoever. My funds are still in there and when I attempt to transfer my funds to my other bank account, it does not allow me to. I called the customer service of Capital One to complain and ask why my account was closed, and they refused to give me any information on why, or any info on what the timeframe would be on when I would recieve my money back. There is XXXX $ in that account, which is all I have to my name and now do not have any way to buy groceries, pay my car payment, or do anything else. They have given me zero access to MY money that I earned and will not tell me when I will get it back. I literally don't know what to do from here except file this complaint. They should not be allowed to do this and I want them to give me my money.
