Consumer Complaint: A Capital One credit card application was filed fraudulently and soon after approved without my consent. I was notified by a credit report monitoring service that a hard inquiry was reported to XXXX and XXXX. I called Capital One multiple times with very little success in closing the newly opened account. Ive been told each time that the credit card account is open but the representative will close it. I call in the next day to follow up and the account is still open and that representative closes it. This is the cycle of dealing with over seas customer service. The people that stole my identity have opened online banking with a credit card at Capital One. No idea how this happened never lost my wallet, never leave it unsecured, or misplaced.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX an auto payment was made. It sat in the account processing until XX/XX/XXXX, then it was returned ( I wasnt notified it was returned ), so I thought it went through. When I checked again on the XXXX and saw it didnt go through I immediately paid it. Afterwards I was charged interest for the days it sat processing in my account. I called customer service and they wouldnt do anything about it. It seems incredibly unethical to let the payment sit processing and then charge me interest without telling me it hadnt gone through on the XXXX. I have paid my bill in full every month for several years.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX hair salon located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Ohio XXXX for the first time. I made an appointment for a XXXX XXXX retouch. The stylist did not use a barrier cream on my hairline, ears and neck. The stylist messed my hair line with XXXX XXXX, including over my ears and back of my neck. They tried to remove the excess XXXX off my skin at the shampoo bowl but was unsuccessful, they told me XXXX XXXX stains and it will come off within XXXX weeks. I was not happy being messed up all over my forehead, ears and back of my neck. I came home, called the store manger and asked for a full refund, she threatened me and said she was going to call the police as that is theft, I told her I was not happy with this service and this is a dispute. She was very rude to me. I then filed a XXXX review which contained pics of the XXXX XXXX XXXX which shows areas that was messed. I also told her I paid for a professional service and it should have been done professionally. I filed a dispute with my credit card Capital One. They sent me a letter from the merchant stating that they would have corrected it within 7 days, however that was not offered to me and further more I did not need more XXXX on my skin, the stylist merely messed my XXXX retouch up with XXXX XXXX, I wasnt able to attend a birthday due to the XXXX stain over my ears, back of my neck and my hairline on my forehead. I have pictures as proof of my XXXX XXXX mishap. I also have a copy of my XXXX XXXX to show I contacted the merchant on XX/XX/XXXX as well as Capital one customer service on XX/XX/XXXX but Capital One said I have to wait for the transaction to post to my account then only they can try and dispute it. The total charged is as {$95.00}, {$79.00} for XXXX XXXX services, {$16.00} tip which I didnt think the stylist deserved for such an awful job of messing peoples skin up with XXXX XXXX XXXX.
