Consumer Complaint: XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, VT XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023 I am paying this bill under protest. I have told you over and over that I have never used a Capital One Card. I never authorized any payment and should not be paying late charges, finance charges and other fraudulent charges that you are assessing. I will be filing appropriate complaints with the necessary agencies and file a small claims suit if necessary. Again, I do not have a Capital One card in my Wallet and never will. You are a terrible company that is taking advantage of a person on a fixed income. Sincerely XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023 Capital One XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX UT XXXX The saga continues. I have tried in vain since XXXX to find someone with common sense and see that I am a victim of needless late payments and basic incompetence on the part of some foolish operating system without any human involvement. Phase 1. Once upon a time I applied for a BJ membership. In doing so they provided me with a credit card which I did not want and never activated nor used. In XXXX last year I received a statement from the previous bank that had the credit card and there was a charge n there for {$110.00} as well as a late charge. After inquiring about it I was told that it was my annual membership fee. I disputed the late charge ; it was removed and I paid the {$110.00}. At that time I told, BJs in writing that I did not want a card and never did. In XXXX I received another statement for a late payment and late charge as well. I disputed both. Evidently it took 2 weeks to process my check for the payment and it was deemed late. As I tried to explain to some person in a remote call center. I do not have an account, never used it and BJ-s placed a balance due on it without my approval and I should not be held accountable. Never heard anything and of course now the bank has changed to you folks at Capital One. So same message, I did not activate the new card, I never used the old one and I do not want a Capital One card in my wallet. So please remove me from any system that you have. My attempts to contact BJS has been futile and once again Phase 2. On XXXX I spoke with an agent and she indicated that late fees would be waived and all I had to remit was {$27.00} Which I did ( exhibit 1 ) and you sent it back as the check was destroyed when your processing machines opened the envelope. I promptly replaced the check and you cashed it on XX/XX/2023. Today I receive yet another late notice, with late fees and a totally different amount. ( {$69.00} ) So, Im done. I paid this amount due ( {$27.00} ) even though I never spent or charged XXXX XXXX on your Credit Card. Im not paying another cent and suggest that you take me out of system and start using common sense vs some AI system. And it would be nice if you could respond as this is my 3rd attempt. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I deposited a check into a new account for XXXX and they put a hold on the check until XX/XX/2023 m, due to circumstances they were unable to make an outbound call the the entity that cashed the check, they refused to take any other form of verification and restricted my account cause me to be late on my bills and run the risk of my car being repossession and putting my living hood at risk as I might lose my job if I dont have a car or any access to my funds. The check 100 % will clear and not be returned but yet they still want to restrict my account and refuse to give me my money.

Consumer Complaint: I was diagnosed with XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. I notified my auto loan company Capital One. I was not able to reopen my office to go back to work until XX/XX/XXXX. I struggled with re opening as it took a bit for me to rebuild my customer base as I am a XXXX and had to wait for our courts to reopen so my clients could file their documents after I prepared them. The courts did not open until XX/XX/XXXX due to the courts not opening up until XX/XX/XXXX. I struggled due to having to rebuild my client base. I never received any Covid assistance through XXXX. There was a moratorium order to protect consumers credit. I informed Capital one, but test they kept dinging my credit score which was against regulations. They never assisted me. I need all the lates removed from my credit. In XXXX of XXXX I came to an agreement with Capital one. I paid {$7000.00} and the sent me a 1099 for the balance to file on my credit report. There was no charge off as they reported charge off on my credit. It couldnt be charged off if I paid them directly.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted Capital one about to XXXX hard inquiry that is reporting on my credit report. They told me they do not see any applications on my file and there should be no hard inquries reporting on my credit. I Called transition and sent them a certified letter but they told me they can not help me without a letter from Capital One. I called Capital one back but they said they can not give me a letter and just call XXXX back. I want these hard inquires removed from my report immediately.

Consumer Complaint: Capital one repossessed my car illegally in XXXX of XXXX. They said I was behind on payments when they received payments back in XX/XX/2023 for over {$5000.00} and they also closed my account down back in XXXX XXXX and written it off. They failed to provide me with a 1099c or 1099a for the write off. Reporting different information with different CPAS and never had the consent to share my non personal information with the credit bureaus and ignored my last disputes with them. My credit report is not reflecting these payments they received the credit report agencies are not properly investigating. They failed to provide me with recent statements. Only statement I have is the one from XX/XX/2023. No XXXX or XXXX statement available showing the amounts they received. They been reversing my payment over and over since they received payments.
