Consumer Complaint: I have reached out to this company and notified them that I did not open this account. I sent them a FTC report along with proof of my identification. This account was a result of Identity theft. This company is still reporting this fraudulent account to credit reporting agencies. Capital One has not supplied the following information I requested : 1.A complete Audit Trail pursuant to U.S Code 552a ( d ), including all documents, but not limited to, ledger of account,, File, all and any transactional history documents. 2.Verification notarized by the accountant assigned to oversee that particular account. 3.The Original or Master promissory note. 4.Documentation that shows I agreed to pay this debt with my wet signature. 5.The Agreement that grants you the authority to collect on this alleged debt. 6.Documentation showing I gave you permission to have my information and paperwork showing I gave you permission to report this to my credit report. No consent to you having my information is Identity Theft and you will be reported as such. 7.A copy of your state license, including the license number that gives you the right to collect in my state. 8.Senior Executive from your office to Swear under penalty of perjury this corporation were present during the alleged debt. 9.A Form 1099c from the IRS since this account was charged off, and the IRS defines a charge off as income I should have received a 1099c regarding this account. .

Consumer Complaint: I have been having issues with capital one charging me fees for using atm listed on their app. They are charging me non network ATM fees even though the app clearly shows them in network. I have called them repeatedly about this frustrated about the time Ive wasted getting this cleared up Capital one has closed all of the ATMs in my area and there is only XXXX branch in XXXX. I got an email yesterday that says they are closing my accounts and I am not allowed to open XXXX in the future I have been a capital one user for XXXX years. I am upset that they blocked my going forward for their products. They are a huge bank and its unfortunate I cant use their products
