Consumer Complaint: Capitalone got a decision from your company they didnt like. when I disputed fraud charges now capitalone put charges of XXXX on a capitalone card, that was shut off in XXXX. When i filed the original dispute against capitalone dispute. Through experian they are lowering my good credit standing daily for a XXXX charge on a card that I did not authorize, on a card that has been turned off since XX/XX/2023. I turned off all XXXX of my capital one cards in XXXX, and I notified all XXXX credit reporting agencies the cards are closed. when I found fraud with their company with my XXXX XXXX bank account. XXXX knows the card was turned off when capitalone presented a false charge of XXXX. XXXX is lowering my credit rating daily. On a charge I didn't authorize on a card I registered with then to be closed.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One continues to report incorrect information on my credit report. I called Capital One regarding them not acknowledging my payments, and reporting " no '' payment received.I was told that, because I didn't make the full payment amount that my payment was reported as a missed payment. Just recently, on XX/XX/2023, I made the full payment amount that was billed. Capital One, and this is important, as XXXX has begun the process to end its agreement with Capital One due to, will notify the credit bureau of the payment, however ; leave the utilization high, if it is in fact high. I've called Capital One about this before, when I caught them, they did it again, and I was told that they would NOT be manually updating information that they reported incorrectly. This is very dishonest, and I've asked Capital One to be more careful.

Consumer Complaint: I requested a balance transfer through my XXXX credit card who use XXXX XXXX as a third party. The balance transfer was approved and check was mailed by them to Capital One for the amount of {$7500.00} on XX/XX/23. Capital One deposited the check on XX/XX/23. The amount was taken off the Capital One account but later put back on saying the check was returned on XX/XX/23. I now have {$7500.00} on my XXXX credit card account and my Capital One account. I have spoke with both parties multiple times. XXXX states the check as cashed and there is nothing else they can do. Capital One states the check didn't go through. Each party says nothing else can be done so I now have the charge on each account. Capital One refused to reopen the payment investigation and asked I fax anything to their General Correspondence. I did fax them proof of the cashed check that XXXX sent me a copy of. Last person I spoke with at Capital One said that doesn't help because they did try to cash the check and that's all the proves, it's that the check didn't go through. When I reached back to XXXX they again stated the check was cashed and no further investigation can be done.
