Consumer Complaint: On or Around XX/XX/21 Capital One opened a secured credit card and a QuickSilver credit card. These applications were both fraud neither was approved from me, and It was applied for and APPROVED for with a Fraudulent phone number, Fraudulent Email Address. I did not receive either of these credit cards and I did not apply for either of these accounts. Capital One proceeded to open both account 's without first verifying my identity, and Capital One did not clear my extended fraud victim statement on my credit report which specifically states that you must call TO VERIFY that I am the person applying before approving any applications. I notified Capital One both of these account 's were fraud and Capital One closed the secured card and sent me confirmation they confirmed the fraud on the account and the application was fraud and I am not responsible for the account, However Capital One also said that about the quicksilver one card and again sent a letter yet then Capital One sent the Quick Silver card as a charge off to an attorney. I can not login to these account 's nor retrieve the credentials because again it's tied to fraudulent information. Which I do not own. XXXX ( Fraud Email ) XXXX Fraudulent phone number XXXX XXXX XXXX Fraudulent Address, and Yet both of these account 's were opened around the same time and Capital One had a data breach around this same time they opened the account 's without my consent. I did not apply for these account 's and I did not receive any cards or monetary benefits from said account 's. I did not sign any applications either. Capital One is attempting to collect on the quicksilver card {$2500.00}, Even THOUGH all major credit Bureaus have BLOCKED THE ACCOUNT AS IDENTITY THEFT, and yet Capital one is attempting ABUSIVE practices to collect the card in WHICH I DO NOT OWN. Capital One Confirmed fraud on the Secured card that was opened on or around the same time, yet assume that I am liable for another account they opened again without my consent? Capital One allowed charges to this account that I did not authorize. Capital One Also didn't verify my information because if they did they would know that I never lived at that address nor have I ever owned that phone number either. My Wallet was stolen and Identification was stolen. These applications are FRAUDULENT. I do not owe Capital One ANY Debt, and I do not take Responsibility for Capital One mishandling these accounts. The Secured Card was deleted and Capital One AGREED IT WAS FRAUD, however Capital One is trying to take advantage and assume they can collect on a UNSECURED CARD that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR APPROVE TO BE OPENED. Capital One did not send me any statement 's. Capital One did not allow me access to these account 's and Capital One has not sent me any documentation or Cards for these account 's. Yet Capital One Refuses to take fault for something they did not verify. I am a Victim and I do not accept the debt for this account or responsible for the debt occurred on the account, I do not accept charges I did not make, and I do not accept this debt.

Consumer Complaint: Previously filed a complaint with you regarding Capital One fraud attenmpt to collect {$7600.00} in fraudulent cash transfer claim. Referfernce CFPB # XXXX. I thought you had resolved this attempted action to tap my checking account for over {$7600.00}. Capital One issue me a new credit card in responds to my filing a complaint with you. I thought this card was cleared of the fraudulent transactions, only to find they flipped all the fraudulent transactions on to this card. they used this cards number to access my XXXX XXXX checking account for a payment in XX/XX/2023. XXXX XXXX took this payment back. They again went into my checking account in XX/XX/2023 using a Walmart " Merchant '' number and took out more money, which XXXX XXXX took back. XXXX XXXX advised me to close the checking account I've had for over 20 years as they can not stop Capital One from using the " Walmart Merchant '' numbers to access my account, as they have thousands of them. XXXX XXXX continued to harass me by posting false claims regarding this issue on every Credit Bureau service. Destroying my credit rating, that before Capital One attempts at Bank Robbery was over XXXX, and now in in the low XXXX. To add further harassment, they have turned over this fraudulent claim to a collection bureau, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX. I am XXXX, sick and need your help!!! Please Stop Capital One NOW! They shouldn't even be allowed in this country! They obviously are breaking the law in attacking my bank account and credit report repeatedly. XXXX XXXX has never received a cash transfer from Capital One to my checking account. For ANY amount. Not {$5200.00}, Nor {$2400.00}. These amounts were NEVER posted to my XXXX XXXX accounts!!!!!! AS I reported to you previously. Also do something about them ruining my credit. Is this against the law? It should be.

Consumer Complaint: 1. In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX We booked 4 airfare tickets for 4 people on line with XXXX XXXX to our hometown XXXX XXXX. It originally showed up {$460.00} for one fare. {$460.00} X 4 = {$1800.00} in total. XXXX. After we typed up all the informations and did the final click, the screen popped up were {$960.00} X 4 = {$3800.00} in total. Then we called the XXXX right away in few minutes to cancel all the unfair purchases. We couldn't reach them by making multiple callings and emailed to them. No responses were made. XXXX. We called the Capital One right after we couldn't get the cancellation with XXXX. in minutes to stopped the payments and notified Capital One this was scam. XXXX. Capital One did stop the payments which XXXX overcharged the 4 tickets. We dind't use the 4 tickets. ( XXXX still had a month to re-sell the tickets ) 5. We used the same card as Capital One booked another 4 airline tickets with XXXX on the same day XX/XX/XXXX. Everything went smoothly without any trouble with XXXX. XXXX. Before we left the XXXX to XXXX XXXX. We paid off the balance. ( The Capital One statement balance showed up that XXXX overcharged and written off the overcharged in the same day ). XXXX. We left the XXXX to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and returned to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. We got the Capital One statement rebilled the overcharged by XXXX XXXX. We contacted the Capital One and sent all the informations ( BEFORE VS AFTER ) by Certified Mail. Capital One did get the mail. XXXX. Capital One insisted that we had to pay that amount without disputing. Of course we refused to pay and stopped using the Capital One after the event. XXXX. Capital One hired the lawyer ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) sued us. We were sent to the XXXX XXXX XXXX to disputed the case on XXXXThe case was dismissed. XXXX. Again, the same lawyer sent us to the XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, We won the case. XXXX. Now, they constantly suing us again, we have to present on the XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. It was opened with cash deposit of {$50.00}. later I made XXXX check deposits from my fathers XXXX acoount XXXX and XXXX within couple of months. I am a XXXX student and my father gave me that money for an emergency. In XXXX of this year 2023, they closed my account without any reason and according to them they returned the money to XXXX account belonging to my father. Unfortunetely, about XXXX years back XXXX closed its business of personal banking and transfered its accounts to XXXX XXXX and last year due to XXXXXXXX XXXXs customer service my fahter closed that account with XXXX and opened new account at XXXX XXXX. My father talked to XXXX customer service they informed that once account closed you can not deposit any money. I believe by law if any a bank close an account they should and must return the money to account holder by check at account holders address in their record. We keep money at bank because it is supposed to be a safe place. How can they send my money to just any place any time, how am I protected with my money.

Consumer Complaint: My ex-wife stole my identity and social security number to purchase a car. She did it as a co-owner without my knowledge. She wrote false information on the loan documents. She purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I was unaware until XXXX of XXXX when I was looking at my credit report and noticed it. Once I noticed it, I asked her to return the vehicle and get it paid off. I reported it to the police but they told me that they were unable to take it on as it is a civil case. I reported it to Capital One Auto, however, they denied my claim. The total amount stolen was {$29000.00}. She stopped making payments and I felt frustrated and like I had no recourse and my credit was taking a hit so I made a few payments. I have made a fraud report with XXXX and Capital One Auto. I had a court date where she did not show up. so the judge didnt do anything because he didn't hear from her.

I've received nothing from this company and I don't own this debt. It's been close to a year and no response. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1300.00} on XXXX and XXXX. This was never an account I had personally. They have not send me anything and again no evidence of me owning this debt. I need all of these accounts removed immediately.
