Consumer Complaint: About three months ago I opened the secured card with a {$300.00} limit. Cap one then processed a charge of {$1500.00}. I didnt authorize this charge and am shocked since the credit limit is only {$300.00}. Im also shocked because they call me if I buy a big gulp at a new XXXX but they didnt contact me for a large charge on a new secured account. As a result my credit utililization is over XXXX XXXX and i! am XXXX days late as i cant afford the payment. This has caused my score to drop by XXXX points. My innlrocess mortgage was declined and I am paying more for my car finance and car insurance. I cant find a rental with my new lower score I only wanted to rebuild my credit after thenimpact of XXXX and a bad divorce. Now I might be homeless

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I traded in my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was told that the XXXX would be paid off in full by XXXX with a payoff quote given to them by Capital One in the amount of {$34000.00}. This XXXX XXXX XXXX is still showing in my name although XXXX has now resold the Jeep to someone else. I saw them resale it online and even took screenshots to show that it was up for sale before the vehicle has been paid off to Capital One. I refuse to receive late payment penalties that will negatively affect my payments for a vehicle that I no longer own. XXXX claims they have sent a check to Capital One paying it off in full, but the tracking number provided only shows that the Label has been created. That tracking number is, XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and the vehicle is still showing on my credit as though it still belongs to me which it does not. The vehicle is no longer in my possession and has not been for almost two weeks now. Capital One will need to be informed as well so this can be rectified in a timely manner.

XXXX XXXX had charged {$65.00} to his account while he was in XXXX and they refunded it back to Capital One shortly after the account was paid in full. I verified with Capital One that they had received the credit back to his account over XXXX months ago. I am still awaiting the refund check to me. There is absolutely no reason for them to keep my funds this long. I appreciate any help you can give me.

It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! I initially thought it was some fake bill because I have never opened a credit card from XXXX store. I noticed the bills again in the next XXXX months. I noticed my credit score going down, thats when I logged into XXXX, and XXXX to check where I found a number of revolving accounts, credit inquiries from banking institutions which I never requested for. I immediately called the credit bureau companies to report fraud on those credit inquiries and fake credit accounts opened under my identity. I was unable to free my XXXX credit due to website errors but I will be calling them during business hours. In XXXX credit bureau reporting I saw the following credit cards opened in my identity which are not mine - XXXX. XXXX with a balance of {$8700.00} I also got hard inquiries from the company In XXXX credit bureau I saw the following credit cards opened in my identity which are not mine - XXXX. I also see CAPITAL ONE account ending XXXX XXXX balance of {$8700.00} I also see a hard inquiry - CAPITAL ONE/XXXX XXXX I have not opened the above credit cards neither have I requested hard inquiries from any of the above companies.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, XXXX charged a fake no show reservation on my capital one card, after I already paid them full amount plus XXXX additional driver fee using my XXXX card when they lied the reservation was under my name instead of my husbands name. I disputed the no show charge with capital one and submitted my evidence ( please see attached : rental agreement, etc ) through mail and online multiple times. Capital one only acknowledged the fake evidence from XXXX, and denied any evidence provided by me. As a result, they unfairly declined my dispute. They failed to protect their consumer under fair credit act. Thank you very much.
