Consumer Complaint: 15 U.S. Code $ 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! Under, 15 U.S Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT.

Consumer Complaint: I signed up for Capital One Spark Business Credit in XXXX. I was given an offer of 0 % APR for 12 months. I took advantage of that. I called Capital One to check when the 12 months expire and what is the last date to pay the statement balance in full, so that I do not get charges for any interest. They gave me a date of XX/XX/XXXX. I put a reminder in my Calendar to pay the balance in full on XX/XX/XXXX. But when I logged in XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed two interest charges on XXXX and XXXX. So I called them and they are saying that I was given the wrong information and there is nothing they can do to reverse the interest charges. I also said that all calls are recorded on their end. Why can't they pull the card records and investigate this and they said, they don't have the ability to do that.

Consumer Complaint: I have {$1200.00} in a capital one checking account, I have been trying to resolve this issue since XX/XX/2023. I called capital one again today to try to resolve the issue of getting my funds out of the account and the representative I spoke with told me that capital one is not going to do business with me. I would like to share that one of the checking accounts is negative about {$180.00}, capital one keeps calling about the account but will not let me get access to my money from the other account to satisfy this negative amount. Whenever I call I get a voice machine that tells me to leave my name and number but I do not get a response back. I do not believe that capital one is operating in good faith, as they are not giving me access to funds, and are not taking my calls but are still trying to collect. They told me to go into a location, I went into a capital one location in XXXX, I was turned away, they are not assisting with getting my funds. I have already contacted a lawyer regarding this matter. I was told the accounts would be closed and there is no frame to the conclusion of the cases being reviewed- as to when I would get my funds. spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/2023 who told me there is no conclusion to this case.

Upon arriving in XXXX on the evening of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I immediately contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( at XXXX XXXX ) prior to the XXXX deadline contract requirement. I spoke with a male front desk clerk at the XXXX XXXX XXXX and, informed him that I wished to cancel the reservation due to flight delays. Prior to discontinuing the phone conversation, the gentleman on the other end, front desk confirmed and acknowledged my cancellation over the phone. - Upon my return home, on or about XX/XX/XXXX, after reviewing XXXX charges during trip. I contacted Capital One over the phone and notified them of the fraudulent transaction discovered : [ XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : {$430.00} ].. - Two days later, I review my XXXX statement and notice a : [ XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$430.00} ]. - Approximately two weeks later, I received a Capitol One Dispute Update letter dated XX/XX/2023 ; stating, " ... the merchant provided the following information to support the transaction : Confirmation showing no cancellation per policy was received. '' After reviewing Capitol Ones Update letter, I immediately contacted Capitol One via phone to inquire as to the rationale and reasoning for the fraudulent charge. During my phone conversation with Capitol One. The only justification for their complicity was, ... the merchant provided information to support the transaction showing no cancellation per policy was received. '' When I would inquire as to precisely what was actually provided by the merchant? Half a {$150.00} within XXXX XXXX, XXXX, which was the merchant canceled and flag the order because of the credit card they have now and even me on for days and days and days. Everything all persons saying something different are how many days I have to wait for? My account to reflect the money that was taken and put on hold for the merchant. They are ready to payment out of my bank account. And they are not reflecting that onto my account. Every time I talk to somebody something different. Are they hanging up on me? Each supervisor is unhelpful. They all just tell lies and different time frames. First XXXX XXXX now XXXX XXXX now. The XXXX order is not even showing that it was even made. XXXX inside took a picture of it because they couldn't tell me why that happening either to me. It seems like it's fraudulent. Activithey took a payment. Then they try to tell me that it's XXXX that has ahold of it. I've spoken to XXXX several times they gave me the transaction code twice. They never even got it to the next level. Because it was flagged aninterminated by the merchant.
