Consumer Complaint: I cancelled my account on XX/XX/2023, which within the 45 day window stated on the credit card statement for getting a refund of the annual fee that was charged on the XX/XX/2023 statement. They told me I would receive a refund check. The check never arrived so I called. They told me that although the monthly statement clearly states that I have 45 days to close the account to get the {$59.00} fee reversed, their internal procedures are based on 40 days ( my call to them came on day 41 ). They didn't disagree with me but they said there is nothing they can do due to constraints on their internal processes except write to their corporate offices. I sent a letter to the corporate office address they gave me on XX/XX/2023. They apparently kicked it back to the same Customer Care group I was trying to work with. That group sent me a letter dated XX/XX/2023 stating that they are " unable to fulfill your request regarding annual membership fee waiver ''. I am not asking for a waiver. I am asking them to comply with the terms for cancelling a card within the 45 day window as stated on their monthly account statements. I no longer have the card- I cut it up when I closed the account. It is the card ending in XXXX. My identifying information is in the letter I wrote to them, attached. Their case number is on their response, also attached. It is XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: In researching Capital One 's notifications of late payments, I have made numerous complaints regarding Cap One charging of late payments, thus producing late fees for customers to pay. I've sent a previous billing error letter to no avail. I am attaching another one with the qualifying information of proof of my being late. If they can not answer all of my questions, to prove I was indeed late including grace periods and all, then these payments they've recorded late must be revised to " OK status ''. I am a good paying customer and have a long good standing payment history.

Consumer Complaint: I just so happened checked my credit score on XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX at XXXX. I noticed that my score was XXXX and it dropped to XXXX, I was so upset meanwhile I contacted Capital One I spoke with two agents they both gave me different stories, long to the short I charged something for the first time. I personally called them to make the payment over the phone remind you I still never got a bill but I new that I used the card that one time and paid it now there saying I am late making payments for two months they are making up false stories I need late payments removed or close the account.

Consumer Complaint: I bought 2 time for items from Online Store name is XXXX, One time was going to return whole thing because i wasnt happy about the merchandise and they said, i will give me refund and keep the items.. ( I don't even remember what I got ). And a couple of monthy later I ordered like small kitchen stuffs, phone charging cables, plastice stuffs to use at home and I didn't revice the packages. I tried to call or chat XXXX but never success to talk to customer service, so I disputed with my credit company and submitted dispute letter but it went through charged to my account. I talked to serveral times and faxed and sent dispute letter. Please help.
