Consumer Complaint: Since XX/XX/2023 I have not been able to access my savings nor checking accounts online. I tried to get a verification code send to my number in order to verify it was ne in order to access the account. The verification code did not work because it was an old number that was on file. I thereafter tried calling capital one customer service in which I uploaded my passport photo successfully a few times, about 3 or 4 times, in which my request was denied anyways. I am unable at this moment to access both of my accounts and all of my money. I need to access my accounts.

Consumer Complaint: i opened a XXXX checking account with capital one. and deposited XXXX into the account thru ACH transfer from my other personal account. Right after the fund was received by capital one. they put a hold on my fund and require me to go to their branch for ID verification. i think it is unnecessary and unreasonable. When i opened the account i already verified my identity. I also verified where the fund was coming from. I called the bank to ask for help to remove the hold but they refused to help me and kept telling me to go to their branch. I told them I wouldnt mind going to their branch if they could give me an explainable reason. but they couldnt provide me with the info then I requested them to close my account and refund my money. they told me theyre not going to close it. so to my understanding ive just got scammed by capitalone and theyre holding my money for the bank interest,

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a credit in the amount of {$2600.00} was sent back to a XXXX XXXX service Trace # included in documents. This was made by Capital one to XXXX Company claims never to have received this credit. On XX/XX/XXXX Capital one acknowledges that the funds were never sent. in XXXX of XXXX which at that was a credit. So in XX/XX/XXXX they sent again the XXXX through the bill service as requested, at this time they added the XXXX to my Capital one balance. Why? As I waited again for these funds to reach the destination of XXXX. Once again never been credited for this. And this recent transaction doesnt have a trace #. If you look into all of the recorded calls starting on XX/XX/XXXX you will hear many many times that I will be receiving a credit for XXXX it will take 2 billing cycles. There are many recorded calls from many senior advisors that see the problem. And it seems that nobody can fix this. What is it going to take. It seems it was very simple to add the funds back to my card. Which was a XXXX credit in XXXX and it should have been a credit in XXXX thats the issue. Never received in XXXX resent in XXXX and added back to my card. But again never received by XXXX. Recorded call today XXXX the supervisor in collections saw the issue and couldnt fix. Its time that you take extra time and listen to these recorded phone calls. As they are the key to this financial mess that you have bestowed upon me and my family. As of today Im actively hiring an attorney and reaching out to the news station. And whoever will listen. As you have certainly done nothing to help the consumer. As you can see by all the documents that I have nobody has done anything to find these funds to look for these funds to Credit responds to my account. There are many many recorded calls and capital one does nothing to help nothing I receive letters I have nothing but lies from you and I will not go away, and I will continue to dispute his lies.

Consumer Complaint: Canceled Microsoft subscription continues to charge my Capital One visa. The Visa expired in XX/XX/2023 and today XXXX XX/XX/2023 I'm still being charged. How is this legal? Someone could steal a credit card, sign up for subscriptions and the card holder would continue to be charged on a card that is no longer active? To be clear, my card wasn't stolen, but it expired 2 months ago. I never activated the replacement card and yet I'm still being charged for a canceled subscription on an account with NO ACTIVE CARDS. Are there no regulations to avoid this? Or is Microsoft just big enough to avoid penalty for violating laws?
