Consumer Complaint: My bank, XXXX, sent back several credit card payments in the XXXX of XX/XX/2023. I had money in my bank account to cover the, but XXXX kept reporting and charging me overdraft fees and sending payments back when there were deposits processing that would of meant my balance was more than high enough to cover the out going ACHs. I tried to have Capital One remove the 30 day late from my credit report and they told me no. I submitted disputes through my credit reports, and they were also sent back with no resolution. I've had my Capital One card for over five years and have never missed or been late on a payment.

Every since, I havent been able to apply for a credit card with Capital One due to fraudulent activity. Consumer Complaint: in response to numerous requests from CapitalOne we upgraded to the Venture X card. Since it was an upgrade, they said we were not eligible for rewards since it was an upgrade and not an application. CapitalOne stated we can not revert back to our old card, they will charge me the {$390.00} fee. They claim in a recorded call, my wife acknowledged the terms. When I asked for the recorded call, they will not release recorded call.
