Consumer Complaint: I have contacted several time XXXX XXXX and CAPITAL ONE BANK to remove bank accounts from my credit report that they had agreed previously to delete after I paid the owed amount, it has been several months or almost 2 years since I paid those and they are still reporting then to all credit bureaus as charge off - paid but has not removed as they verbally agree to get then remove. I have also submitted several letters to the credit bureau asking them to remove the information from my record and they always reply back stating that it was not me who submitted the letter even though I have provided my personal documentation.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One is charging additional interest on a balance that has been paid in full. I paid the balance in full XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$6500.00}. They have now came up with and claim I still owe them {$18.00} additionally. I have requested from a supervisor of the customer service department to credited for what I suggested is just price gouging and theft from a bank that is overcharging to gouge the consumer. They have refused to credit this charge. I have since locked my card made it clear that I would not be using their services for any other business. They already charged me interest of {$130.00} which was paid in full when I paid the {$6500.00}. I would appreciate you requesting the {$18.00} x XXXX as a refund.

Consumer Complaint: Back earlier this year, I went back and forth with kohls as my account was not right and they added late fees when they were not exposed to have been there. In XXXX, I called again and they said everything was fine and not to worry. I called again in XXXX after receiving a statement for a late fee. Why do I have a late fee when I do not even have a balance on my card? So I contacted customer service again and the guy told me I had a XXXX balance. Then I asked why I had a charge for a late fee and he could not give me an answer. So I asked for him to close my card knowing that it had to have a XXXX dollar balance in order for it to be closed. He was successfully able to close my card with no issues. He told me there was no balance and I had no credit card, great because I was done with this circus. At this point, I was hoping my issues with them were solved on this ghost late fee charge on a XXXX dollar balance. Fast forward a few months and I checked my credit score and they have filed it against me but this charge was not there back in XXXX when my account was closed. I closed this credit card so I did not have to deal with this issue any further. I have talked to kohls and they refused to help. I filed a dispute on the three major credit score sites and noone is willing to fix this issue.
