Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen and the financial transaction was done by mail and email, not in person! I never enter any dealership. This was done all electronically and by falsely intercepting mail from a bogus address. Also the identification used in this transaction was fake. I have a Georgia identification. Not a Florida in which I can provide as an attachment to this complaint. I will be suing capital one finance if this fraudulent account is not removed in 7 days. I have hired an attorney to seek damages and continue litigation. This has affected my life and credit worthiness. The vehicle purchased has been repossessed by capital one and I understand that it is in your possession. I never received any monetary compensation or was awarded any use of this equipment and never agreed to any financial contract with capital one. 1. COLLECTION agency did not send me anything to verify this account so how did you verify it? Where is the valid documentation? Please remove this account immediately. Its rules cover how a consumer 's credit information is obtained, how long it is kept, and how it is shared with othersincluding consumers themselves. 2. What is a FCRA violation? Creditors give reporting agencies inaccurate financial information about you. Reporting agencies mixing up one person 's information with another 's because of similar ( or same ) last name or social security number. Agencies fail to follow guidelines for handling disputes. 3. Issue: Problem with a lender or other company charging your account
Subissue: Transaction was not authorized
Consumer Complaint: in XXXX, 2023, i ordered a blender from XXXX. the total charge was approximately {$180.00} and change. the item i received had been opened and used. it was dirty and had fingerprints on it. i contacted the company who sent me a return label and said they'd send out a replacement immediately. i followed their instructions and returned the used blender, and heard nothing from the company for weeks. my followup emails were ignored. i contacted them the last week of XXXX to tell them not to send a replacement unit, to just refund me for the unit i had returned, and received an automated message back that my email address was unauthorized and my email had been blocked. the company kept my money. when i try to click the link to view the return label with the tracking information, it says it's invalid, so i can no longer view it. I'm certain they have access to it but they won't respond to me. i followed up with my bank and gave them all the details. yesterday, XXXX, i received an email from my bank asking to send more information by XXXX or my claim would be denied. i wrote back immediately asking what additional information they needed from me because i didn't understand what to send. they did not respond. this morning, i received an email that they denied my claim and so the company is keeping my money, which they essentially stole, since they have the defective blender back and never sent me a replacement and have ignored my countless messages. they have no phone number. when i tried to file a complaint with the better business bureau using their claimed address, i was told it's not a permanent address and that the company doesn't have a permanent presence in their state. i have absolutely no idea what to do but XXXX stole my money and my bank won't help. please help me.
